I love the idea of a porcelain over steel shower pan.

THERE IS NO BETTER SHOWER PAN IN THE WORLD. This is the second bathroom remodel I have used the Bootz pan in and you can keep these cheap plastic wannabe . I have a Master bath remodel in our new built retirement home ,replacing the plastic travel trailer type inset shower, and I will use the Bootz in it also.

I decided to take the old bath tub out at my parent house to make it easy on their knees when getting in and out. This is a user friendly product. The finish is smooth but not slick. It feels great on your feet. It also makes a small bathroom feel and look larger. I purposely went with the porcelain type of shower pan since it should last longer and I am happy with this decision.

It was easy to assemble

Fantastic! Just what I needed. Converted tub/shower to shower only with no effort. Fit right in where cast iron tub was. No mortar needed - really solid no movement at all. Need stringers to do this. I have slab floor. No chips of enamel at all. Like the no slip finish but still bright white.

This shower pan is perfect for the replacement of our bathtub. installation was a breeze. Removed old tub and slipped this right in. If i could upload a picture i would. I would recommend this if replacing an old bathtub.

The base just sat I placed between theFramed 2x4 opening and it’s a nice solid Base not flimsy at all solid very good Quality and would definitely use again.
