The shower door kit is perfect!!!!

The packaging was missing shims for the door that doesn't have the towel bar. Also, that door doesn't want to stay all the way closed -- opening about and inch or so, which necessitates putting something there to keep it closed while in the shower.

This door looks great when you remove the black shower door stops on the side. If they had been visible in the product photo on Home Depot's website we would not have purchased these doors. We removed them and put in clear acrylic stops which make the door look high end. What a difference!

installation instruction not clear. contractor couldn't figure how to hang doors properly causing leak when showering.

No instructions. Had to print them online...

Our installer put it in yesterday and we are pleased with the appearance and quality for the price.

So far, we love the doors. They are quality material. The rolling mechanism works very smoothly. I'd recommend them.

The product ended up fine but the directions were missing a step and the parts list was missing parts and there where incorrect screws sent. All of which we found out after we were finished and had to go back and correct after talking to one of your customer service technicians. Fix your directions!!!

The door is very nice upon first glance, but this is not an easy install. The directions are hard to follow, and is missing a good deal of the details you need to actually get this expensive door into place. The screws that came with it to the nylon jump tracks don't work because they had a pointed tip, not the flat tip that is shown in the directions. The towel bar is not the right size for the doors, so you have to hand cut that part as well, though the instructions don't show that. Installing the towel bar and handles was a massive undertaking. I would not recommend this door unless you have a professional installer or are extremely handy. Way too expensive for how much modification you have to do to the door to get it to work.

Door looks nice. Some parts of directions were missing and had to figure out. Otherwise I’m happy with the look.

The hardware is good quality. The instructions are bad. Instructions leave out key points, are poorly written, lack professionalism. You need a better technical writer.
