Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the product and that it did not provide the privacy you desired. We do have a disclaimer listed in the product details that this product is not a privacy fence and that there are gaps between the reed canes. We also state in the details that we do recommend using multiple layers for extra coverage if privacy is what you are looking for.

We try to heavily express that the Bamboo Tan Reed Fencing Panel is not a privacy fence. "Even though Reed fence is not designed to be used as a privacy fence, we suggest using multiple layers of Reed fencing to add more coverage to your space."

But this does not take away from the functions that we have applied to the listing.

Perfect to use as a divider, to cover unattractive old fencing, to hide your unsightly pool equipment, or use as a garden screen to create spaces. Excellent for indoors or outdoors, use it as trade show backdrops, convention events, kids' rooms, Hawaiian parties, and most any tropical-themed oriented design.

Hello and thank you for your order. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the Peeled Reed fencing. It is meant as an inexpensive solution, but, if you wish, you can return it to your local Home Depot store for a full refund.
