[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on my grandson's bedroom ceiling. The popcorn stucco was removed prior to painting due to the pervious occupants' nicotine use. I ended up using 2 coats of paint. Dried with no streaks or bleed through. Will use this paint again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a house in the midwest where heavy sand texture on walls and clamshell on ceilings is very popular. This ceiling paint covers them very nicely! I've done three rooms starting with one coat, then two and this one has three. I also like that there is a two gallon bucket available which ends up costing only a few cents more per gallon than the five gallon bucket. I can't imagine even trying another ceiling paint after having such good luck with this one!

My primary residence I only needed 1 coat but my other home I needed two coats. I guess it could be because of lighting but both homes were equally over due for a paint job. I'll continue to use BHER products.

This paint covered stained popcorn and flat ceilings that were smoke stained and hadn't been painted in over 30 years. 1 coat coverage with a wagoner power roller.

We used this last month to repaint our dining room ceiling after put on a new roof on our house. We had several water stains in that room and it totally covered the stain without primer. I did use two clays of paint, great product!

I'm a 68 year old woman and ten years ago I swore I would never paint another ceiling. I have managed to avoid painting ceilings since, but this bedroom ceiling had some patched areas and it couldn't be avoided. About 1/4 of the way into the project, I realized that I couldn't finish it properly. The lighting was bad and I was mad at myself for starting it. Figuring that if I could muddle through one haphazard coat, I could beg my daughter to paint a second coat. When I looked at it the next day, I was amazed. It looks great and I don't even need a second coat. This paint is absolutely the best ceiling paint!
