Highly recommended

I am very happy with the covrrage achieved with this primer...I'm currently painting cabinets..I had some priner left from drywall..I'll definitely be buying more.

Awful
My dad bought 4 gallons of this and I ended up painting 3 coats on the ceiling. There are so many streaks and see-through areas it looks horrendous. I worked for a professional painting company so I know what I’m doing. This stuff is like painting with milk. I ended up buying all new paint from a different brand so I can hopefully fix this mess. Listen to the negative reviews. Save yourself the headache and buy any other brand.

Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with your paint. That is not typical, so I can understand your frustration. Generally, paint covers in 1-2 coats. However, as you probably already know, porous surfaces may need additional coats for uniformity. Nonetheless, I'm concerned that you mentioned there are streaks and see-through areas. To fix the issue, I recommend letting the paint dry for 48 hours to help the paint even out before deciding whether another coat is needed. In that case, apply the paint perpendicular to the direction of the last coat for optimal uniformity. Rolled on smooth and covered the stains on ceiling

No foothold for stains on my bathroom ceiling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my small bathroom ceiling several years ago and I have had no more problems with mold or mildew taking hold . This is in an older interior bathroom with no ceiling vent fan to compensate moisture removal and have not had any moisture since.

Ceilings look new
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Behr ultra stain blocking ceiling paint did a great job on my whole house - there was a few rooms that had 2ater stains and was really bad - 1 room it cover3d really good the other was so bad that had to patch- ceiling paint blended in very nice. All my ceilings look new again.

Ceiling Paint-Premium Plus
I have been a painter for 35 years. I just used this paint for my ceiling at home. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAINT! Not only did I apply two coats, but then a "third" for coverage issues. I used more paint on the second coat than the first. Despite only rolling in smaller areas before reloading, after drying there were many "spots". The coverage is terrible. The paint did not even adequately cover a primer I applied to certain areas. Do NOT waste your money on this product.

Covered Black Ceiling Paint

from hate to love
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to hate my popcorn ceiling. It always seemed dirty to me with the high white hiding. To remove it everywhere was way out of budget so I decided to try painting. The optic white makes the rooms much brighter and it no longer looks dirty. I no longer mind the popcorn.

Great Coverage

Not a good choice for ceiling paint.

GREAT COVERAGE

Beautiful Finish
