Easy to apply and holds up to outside environment.

Restrained fence after two years. Was sprayed on and brushed lightly and did a great job in restoring the beauty of the fence. Penetrated the wood really well and did a good job in covering. It was stained two years ago but the inside of the fence took a beating because of weather. Outside the fence was stained again but, really didn’t need it.

I like the color and found it applies extremely well. Jury is out on durability, time will tell.

Was able to cover the deck with one coat. Very reasonably priced also.

I applied the BEHR Oil-Latex Stain to the underside of my deck and some old wood fencing, with an electric sprayer. Worked well and is cheap. Label says not intended to be durable enough to walk on, and that is true.

At first I thought this stain was a joke. I put it on and it was like water but then I realized I didn't stir it enough. I brought it back to be stirred and when I used it on my T111 shed it worked well. Color looked good and it covered well. I never believed it was really oil based. I washed up with water so I think that speaks for itself. For $15 a gallon its like driving a par 4. Will see how it holds up.

Bought by mistake. H deep red color!

I bought 2 gallons of this stain I used one and was beautiful dark red the the other gallon doesn't have any color at all. books than they forgot to place tint on it . I do know now why do not accept returns .

Painted a shed that was not painted in 5 years. Did the trick with one coat, looks nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Behr Oil-Latex Redwood stain 6 years ago on my deck, and it looked great. The deck is about 12x30 ft, and two gallons covered two coats perfectly. At about 4 to 5 years, the high foot traffic areas showed some peeling, but nothing that really needed it until this year. This year, I reapplied two coats, which went on quite nicely. I expect a good 5+ years out of it, with good wood protection. I love this stuff! First coat is very good coverage, and the second coat catches anything I missed. I also like that it dries fairly quickly, in an hour or so, at around 70F, and that it is easy to wash up with soap and water.

Best price I’ve ever seen. I can work with this decent product for that price. You do need some experience with emulsion products. Any bad reviews come from no experience.
