Love love love this toilet!! pretty easy install other than my husband had a few issues with the toilet ring being too thin. Ended up using two rings to get the correct seal but more to do with our tile floor than the toilet. this is the first low water usage toilet we have ever had and so I was skeptical at first but so far it hasn't let us down. It flushes perfectly every time. It keeps the water level low so the toilet keeps cleaner. the bone color seems pretty light but Im even getting use to that. Definitely would recommend this toilet.

Toilet was smaller than previous American Standard and leaves a terrible line showing on my bathroom ceramic tile floor and the tank is loose

Great flushing capability. Toilet sits high and is easy to use. The lid that we got was a soft close and works great!

Worked awsome for the first year to year and half. After that started not flushing worth a @@@. Would probably not recommend this product to a friend after the first year. lo

This is an undependable product. A valve shut off in the tank failed after only one and 1/2 years of usage by one person. Customer service was excellent but some replacement parts are out of stock for a month. Plus I am ending up paying a plumber to take the tank off and fix it. That shouldn’t happen to an almost new Champion 4 water saver toilet.

The toilet was great, as I knew it would be. However, we had to wait about a month for it to ship, and there was confusion with the company both about the dates via e-mail, and at the store, where they tried to give me another toilet. Lucky I’m so well acquainted with this model, since we have 2 others of the same brand. Plus, the toilet seat, which shipped early, doesn’t fit it well. Love the toilet, hate the transaction. Wish I’d been able to buy it all at the store so I could see it…

Nice toilet, but I feel like the flush needs more water. Maybe in the front part of bowl to move things.

My favorite thing about this toilet is the seat, which with a light tap continues to close on its own ... a pet peeve of mine with my husband!!! The low water amount was my initial concern, but has not been an issue at all of clearing the bowl of solid waste and not leaving a mess. Highly recommend!

I have had three of these toilets for almost two years. They are amazing. Good luck trying to clog it up! Never going to happen!

Nice height, but the flush valve seal had to be replaced within six months. Toilet ran water due to faulty flush valve seal.

I like the addition height with this toilet, but the main feature of a great flush is true. It is a little loud, but it works really well and with the low water feature, the sound does not last long.
