I installed it my self with no problems

Sadly I had some issues with this product. I placed a level on my floor and it looks level but the toilet did not sit level all the way around. I had to shim it and then caulk it (because of the space between it and the floor. Even worst; where the stem comes out of the tank for the supply line is so close to the bottom part of the toilet; I could not hook in the supply line! I contacted american standard twice and sent a picture (twice) 3 weeks later-still no response. I can grind down the edges of the supply line to make it fit but it really bothers me that it came that way. So I really can't say if the toilet will even work when I get it hooked up--that may be a whole nother problem.

Easy to install. Great flush action for a low flow toilet. I now own 4. Highly recommended.

Working fine and looks good. Though think the white finish is not overly bright.

I had to order them (2).. arrived quickly. The plumber that installed them was pleased with my selection. Toilet has a superior flush & fills quickly. Waste doesn't stick.. all in all a good product

Toilet seems to be good. Only had it for a few weeks. Tank is a bit small. I am used to ones with a little larger back. They look more substantial. Former Toto owner. Also flush handle looks a little plain. Same handle as on other models. Flush is good. Overall I like the toilet. A little frustrated that a 10 inch is so much more than a 12 inch rough in. That is consistent with all makers. Kinda like a counter depth fridge vs regular size...More money but less product. I get it. Mass production.

The only thing that I don' like is that the handle is plastic and rough to the touch when flushing

Toilet is a toilet. We do like the height of this toilet. Just wish there was a way they could ship these without breaking to Hawaii. Took 2 months and 4 toilets to get 1 that did not break.

Well designed product with an efficient flow path that promotes a thorough “gulp”, even with low water usage. Very comfortable seating position. Much better throat/flow path design than the Gerber product that it replaced.

the toilet, itself, works great .. be sure to order the elongated seat with it and not the round one that is suggested because when you email about it, no one ever gets back to you and you will have to spend another $30 and wait a week for the correct seat to arrive

Bought three of these and am so disappointed. Lower than expected and doesn’t flush well

Great toilet. Flushes strong and well. I would totally buy again. Although I didn't give it 5 star rating because the inside of the tank had the flushing mechanisms pre installed, but they were done incorrectly. So we had to take apart and fix. Luckily it all went back together and sealed correctly.

Best flush of any toilet I've had (over 50 years). Haven't tried flushing golf balls like in the video, but I believe this toilet could do it. The Cadet 3 is also a quieter flush than my old toilet partly because it is quick. My old toilet had a long slow noisy flush. Toilet came undamaged, all parts included, and no install issues or leaking. Recommend taking your time during assembly to prevent leaks, which applies to any toilet assembly. In use for over a month with no issues. Highly recommend.

I tried a 1.2 gallon first and it was not much good. Did a return and bought this, and the 1.6 gallon is MUCH better ... . Not a plumber by any means, and the installation was pretty straightforward and had a decent installation manual. The float comes installed in the tank and was rotated in such a way that it couldn't float, so loosening it and turning it a bit got if off the edge of the inside of the tank so it worked the way it's supposed to.l

Good toilet! Glad to have the 10” rough for my older house. Now toilet does not touch back wall!

It was installed two days ago & so far love it and the fact that it uses less water per flush.

Installation was simple. Only small complaint is that my 14 year old son plugged it up twice in two weeks. It flushed well, but I'd expect more from a toilet this expensive.
