The description of this unit didn't mention needing a GFCI breaker, which is unbelievably expensive! No longer worth installing so I'm returning. Nice unit and very compact.

It has only been installed about a week. My husband is a plumber, he said it was a easy installation. But so far it has been great! I can't tell the difference, except for the extra space in the closet where the old 40 gallon was. And I am sure when the electric bill arrives ,I will LOVE it even more.

Easy to install. Easily produces 120 degree water at 1.5 gpm, and holds the temp steady. Glad i didnt go with a lower kw or non-thermostatic unit. Realy like the way the display functions, lights up when flow detected and shows exact outlet water temp (you can see it ramp up). My only complaint is the short appliance cable coming from the unit. The unit does not have a termination for any standard conduit. The units instructions dont mention the appliance cable. They tell you to wire your own cable into the unit, but its very tight inside, so good luck getting #6 romex or thhn in there. Plan for a large junction box right next to the heater to splice up your #6 60amp circuit

Good product does what it says. The cost was better than a new water heater. Just make sure this will work for you . Example near to point of use also what I noticed is that the temperature drops when using 2 items. Shower and sink temp drop of about 30 degrees. In all a good product

Easiest tankless water heater I have ever installed. Nice feature is that the 6 guage wire comes with unit and is already connected inside the unit. No need to spend extraextra on wiring and no need to open up unit to make connections. Unit has a digital temperature reading and temp adjustment on front panel. Works fine for a single shower

I’m very disappointed. This does not make the water hot enough to bath or shower with. I have a small house, this size tank should heat the water sufficiently. It only warms the water slightly above water temperature and now I have to buy a different unit and pay to get it installed. Very very disappointed

Bad Equipment doesn't work

Very impressed with the quality of this unit. From the actual build down to the packaging, they covered every base. Installed easily and works great. This thing is leaps and bounds above the Rheem that I replaced, and significantly cheaper even though it feels and looks higher quality. Would definitely purchase again.

Looks nice, easy to install, makes hot water!

To date it has met our expectations and more.

I should have read the entire specifications. The water heater has a maximum temperature of 95 degrees.,not even body temperature. It will work in my horse barn, barely, but I’m very disappointed in it. With only the hot faucet on the water never gets hot enough to move my hand or turn on the cold faucet. I do not recommend this product if you want hot water. It was professionally installed by a plumber and wired by an licensed electrician.

No trouble getting set up a i had an eco110 before. Heats fast and is constantly on temp. desired. I need to get the 70 amp breaker as it has to be ordered in.

It is a tankless hot water heater and it's awesome! It works basically like a coffee pot, where it heats the water as it flows through. We originally got it for the bathroom, shower and sink. Per the information provided with the product, we did not really expect for hot water to reach all the way to the kitchen, but if you don't turn the faucet on full blast you have plenty of hot water to do dishes! Very pleased with this product!
