Q:Handyman coming this week to use the pool patch. The instructions on the back of the bottle say to add liquid cement bonding. Is that having to be purchased separately and how fast can we get it? I guess simply put, I have an inground concrete swimming pool; the jacuzzi sits IN the corner of the pool and water over time has taken some tile off the inside corner of the jacuzzi brow. Is this stuff ALL I need to have it put back on?

Q:I am tiling the inside area of an exterior fountain. Can I use this as the grout, or is it only for patching? I am using broken ceramic tile and creating a mosaic and trying to figure out what type of grout can be submerged - for months at a time.
