A: Per the instructions and directions yes it can. I personally did not apply or have to apply that way. So I really cannot tell you how well it works with that application.

Q:can this be colored and if so with what product?

Answer This Question
A: Not sure if it can be colored before mixing or while being mixed. This product is paintable though. I realize if you are going to use it as an underwater patch that won't be possible. I would check with the manufacturer itself for if you mix it with something you may dilute the hardening process.

A: While this product will patch leaks it is hard to say if it will fix your problem. It would be an expensive fix to re-grout all your tile with this. I would say keep trying to pinpoint the leak. Chances are it is not leaking through the grout for if it was the back wall would certainly not leak through out of the pool behind the grout itself. Sorry I cannot be more help. It is an excellent product. I would just hate to see you waste money for something that may not solve your problem. Good luck

A: The pool patch is only to repair the grout if your pool grout had come loose or fell out.. It will not stop a leak.

Answer This Question
A: I used it on the top of a wall between the whirlpool and pool that isn't submerged unless it rains a lot or it gets splashed. Tiles had popped up so reset them and gave it a day before I ran the grout but seemed to set up within a couple hours. Interior grout is normally a day minimum, so if you can give it 24 hours before submerging if that's where the repair is you'll be fine. If the grout area gets direct sun it will be less time so if you did it in the morning and it baked all day you should be fine by evening to add water back to the pool if need be.
