Q:How to install spring loaders they have washers on them that won’t allow it to compress, I also don’t know how to insert them because I cannot find the manual

      A:  Thank you so much for asking. While this door was designed for standard aluminum doors, some customers have found success with vinyl doors. However, we would suggest exercising caution as vinyl doors can warp a bit and become brittle over time.

              Q:My 62 pound labradoodle is 24 in tall to the top of her shoulders. With the rise plus panel dimensions, it will still be 3 inches shorter than her shoulders. Has anyone had a tall dog fit through this? Patio door by only 76 3/4?

              A:  I got the very same doggie door when I had a labradoodle. It sounds like yours is the same size that mine was. She had no issues negotiating exit or entry. Unless your girl prances through the door, she shouldn't have a problem. Normal walking will lower the shoulders a bit. Hope this helps

                  A:  Not at the same time. Mine is on the inside but I’m sure I could install it backwards and have the slide on the outside but then I couldn’t do anything from inside
