A:  They are like any other business that works on supply and demand. More people want them the price goes up. Either be patient and order in off season like I did or pay more

A:  Most tomatoes need 18 to 24 " depth

A:  I have tomato plants growing in them but I did notice that the ones in the ground grow better. Mine are closed at the bottom with landscaping cloth. If you do not close the bottom, then the plant can go as deep as it wants.

A:  I put mine right on my back lawn and the tomato plant was fine. If you were going to put it on a cement patio directly, I would guess no.

A:  Yes, plenty. Can grow just about anything that doesn't have a large taproot.

A:  Our garden beds are designed to be 4' x 4' and cannot be altered to make a longer size of bed. You can stack two garden beds on top of each other to make the bed taller but that is the only alteration that can be made to change the size of the garden beds.
