Q:This is in response to Lifetime products!!! You did not read my full comment. I am not looking for replacement parts!!!! I NEVER received the parts in my FIRST purchase. They were LEFT out of the box!!! I have contacted you and have received NO response!

A:  If you plan on stacking two Beds, turn one Bed upside down so the tabs along the Panels face downward. Set this bed down onto a second Bed that has its tabs facing upward. Insert a Long Corner Bracket (CUE) into each corner as shown to help hold the Panels in place. I am sorry for your frustration and the misunderstanding. Unfortunately the parts you need have to be sent from our customer service department and that is why you were given their information. Even if you never received the parts, they can send them directly to you. The will need your name and address to ship them to. This Q & A forum does not facilitate sending the parts out. Please call the Customer Service team at 800-225-3865 even if this is still not the answer that you needed. Again i am sorry for the misunderstanding.

A:  Thanks for shopping with Spreetail. I'd be more than happy to answer your question. However, we were not provided this information and I’d suggest reaching out to Home Depot directly in order to get the most accurate information. You can reach them at 1 (800) 430-3376

Q:Do you need hardware to connect 2? I thought I tread somewhere on another site that corner hardware was needed to stack 2. There was no hardware included in a package of 3 to do so.

A:  The wall parts do not have a straight edge to connect them side by side rather than a 90 degree angle so there is not a way to make it that size.

A:  I've had them for three years now and they have not bowed. Mine are all set up single layer.

A:  Not in 4 years! They look as good as new, unlike the wood boxes I had before which couldn't even last 4 years! Because I am in the low desert in AZ we put one on top of another and they are just PERFECT!

A:  I have one set up as a single height and the other 2 stacked (attached together as per instructions). I set them up 2 or 3 years ago and last season I noticed the double stack had separated on one side and a particularly sturdy weed was growing out between the beds. It is bowing a bit in that area but other than that have not noticed significant bowing in the single layer bed.

A:  Not at all. I stack two for a deeper raised bed.

A:  No, they should not bow out at all.

A:  They are heavy duty plastic. You can probably paint them with spray paint used specifically for plastic patio furniture.

                            by|Oct 23, 2020

A:  We do not recommend painting these. The paint does not adhere well to the plastic, especially when it will be watered regularly and the paint will likely peel and get into whatever you are growing. It will also void your warranty.

A:  Would you paint a plastic bucket (like a home depot one?) It is that sort of plastic but a much better grade. If you would then I would say go ahead. For me the color is perfect with all the greenery that soon grows in there my emphasis is on what I grow in them. IF you aren't growing in them, paint them. I have some three years old that look like new, if your paint job can keep that, go for it!
