Press and hold the button repeatedly to adjust the volume of the melody. When no signal is heard, the signal is off. The volume settings are LOW - HIGH - OFF. The signal volume can be adjusted at any time as long as the washer is turned ON."

The NFC Tag On function allows you to conveniently use the LG SmartDiagnosis™, Cycle Download, Laundry Stats and Tag On Cycles to communicate with the washer right from your phone. You would need to download the LG Smart Laundry & DW App to your smartphone. This app can be used with most smartphones equipped with the NFC function and based on the Android operating system...^IFV

A:  Hi Shiron. Our current washers will either have a Hand Wash or a Delicates cycle or both (eg. Model # WM4370HKA) although most have just the Delicate cycle. The agitation speed is the same for both cycles with the difference being in how long each cycle agitates at one time. The delicate cycle will fill the agitate on low speed for the entire wash portion of the cycle. IN the hand wash cycle, the machine will pause the agitation during the cycle. The hand wash cycle will fill with water and start to agitate for a few seconds, then pause for a slightly longer period of time. This intermittent agitation is what differentiates the hand wash cycle from the delicate cycle. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.2 cu. ft. A:  This washer does not have a selector to choose the water level, and it automatically adjusts the water levels according to the size of the load.

A:  I don't know the max water level in inches, but you can select the "Water Plus" option for extra water. In fact, that is one of the reasons we purchased this model.
