Q:my clothes come out of the washing machine with dry patches. That means that they are not getting very clean. This has happened since my purchase. What's up???

A:  Sorry to hear! It would be best to review this with customer support to ensure your washer is working properly. One suggestion would be to try a wash again, but be sure to separate the clothes with LIKE fabrics and don't put loads that are too big all at once. It is recommended that you run the Tub Clean cycle once a month or more often under heavy use conditions or if an odor is present...^IFV

        Q:We are thinking about purchasing the WT7600HKA from Lowes. I see that it is discontinued. Should we be concerned about this? Is there a reason it was discontinued that we should be concerned about. This is a significant purchase and we want to be sure

        A:  Regrettably, the LG 5.2 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with TurboWash® Technology, Model # WT7600HKA is a discontinued product at LOWE's and it is a discontinued product with LG. That means that LOWEs no longer carry this model and that LG does not manufacture this product anymore and it is no longer available for sale at LOWEs. You might still find it available through other retailers or online if they still have stock availability on it. Products get discontinued for a variety of reasons and the decisions to discontinue the product are made at the corporate level...^IFV

            Q:Is it normal for the black stainless finish to scratch so easily? We have only ever placed a plastic laundry basket on our machines and they are all scratched and look horrible. Very disappointed and would like to know what can be done.
