A:  Hello Heidi, The toilet comes with all the needed valves pre-installed within the tank. Also included are a seat & standard 1" thick wax ring with mounting hardware for the floor connection. One item not included is the water supply line to connect the toilet to the wall valve. This is due to the wall connection size varying depending on the wall valve that is being used.
