A:  Hello Lynda, The toilet comes with all the needed valves pre-installed within the tank. Also included are a seat & standard 1" thick wax ring with mounting hardware for the floor connection. One item not included is the water supply line to connect the toilet to the wall valve. This is due to the wall connection size varying depending on the wall valve that is being used. A:  Hello Lwyck, The bowl (ceramic only) is around 16.5" tall. With the supplied seat installed the height will be about 17.5". The toilet is designed to be compliant with the ADA standard of bowl height between 17" - 19" with seat installed. A:  Hello Zeek, This would usually mean the flapper isn't sealing properly. First, check that there is some play in the chain. Next, run a finger around the silicon seal of the flapper & its mating surface on the valve to make sure there isn't any debris stuck to them. A:  Hello John, There are many seats available at Home Depot. The seat would need to be round style & the hinge center distance should be capable of 5.5".
