My drain interface ring is half inch above floor surface, and the toilet bowl bottom does not have enough clearance, I had to pad in a 3/8" layer of plastic board to raise the bowl to make space for the wax ring! Please improve your product by providing higher clearance at the bottom! Thank you.

Push flush fails 16 months
Toilet assembles easily and mounts flush to the floor. In 16 months of light use the plastic push button controls on both toilets failed: chrome on plastic is flaking off and buttons stick halfway down.

Not a comfort height
This is not a comfort height toilet. Comfort height is 17 inches and over. What is the point in having filters if they're wrong? I want a customer to choose her toilet from the site since her mobility is limited but without the ability to filter for comfort height then it becomes even more onerous of a selection process.

Hello Valued Customer, The bowl (ceramic only) is around 16.5" tall. With the supplied seat installed the height will be about 17.5". The toilet is designed to be compliant with the ADA standard of bowl height between 17" - 19" with seat installed. Cracked!
In less than a year the porcelain tank cracked and started leaking sand damaging my laminate wood floor.
Avoid this!!!!

Color is off-white and not same as pictured!
I purchased a Glacier Bay sink and pedestal in white. I also purchased this GB toilet in white. When placed side by side, the colors were off. Toilet is more off white in color. When I went back to Home Depot, all of the GB toilets were this off white color but box clearly says white. DID NOT MATCH THE SINK even though it was the Glacier Bay brand. I stayed with the same brand when replacing sink/toilet in bathrooms. This was a major disappointment!

Picture of toilet does not match product
The picture on the web page shows a short, elongated base but it comes with a long-elongated base. Which should be no problem unless the water line was put in to match a short, elongated base. Had to have a plumber move the water line and installed the toilet. Other than that, this seems like a good toilet. Included is an actual picture of the toilet.

Works great and looks great. The price was hard to...
Works great and looks great. The price was hard to beat. Most of the install was easy except for one part. When connecting the tank to the bowl they give a rubber gasket that needs to be balanced between the two. I use the term balanced because there is no spot where it sits without moving. My first flush led to water leaking. After adjusting it a little, it was leak free and now works great. The second toilet I put in allowed this gasket to attach to the tank which avoided any slippage of this gasket (same brand, just split flush). I also changed the cheap plastic seat it came with to a more solid wood one.

Purchased less then a month ago. Finish is coming off already. Looks like sand embedded into the finish.

Broken Tank
I just had this tank break on me ..Unless the toilet fits flush to the wall it will break if you lean back ..The toilet tank wobbles on its base between the tank and the bowl and it hits porcelain on porcelain which causes it to break the tanks. You can either put a wedge between the wall and the tank I suggest across the back of the whole tank to keep it from woobling. You can also remove the tank and put a spacer under the tank so it doesn't hit porcelain on porcelain..Could use rubber plastic

When tightening the nuts under the bowl, it is best to press down on the top of the tank to assure the gasket between the tank & bowl is compressed. This will allow for a more secure fit. Basic butt nice.
The quality is nice. The white is all the way to bottom of bowl. We replaced a more expensive popular brand. We bought for the 1.6 flush. We had plumber after plumber out to no avail. This one just works and it's a 1.2 flush!

Tank broke after 2.5 years
I bought and installed this toilet in Dec. 2019. Just today, without anything falling on it, the tank cracked and leaked the water all over the floor.
Poor quality. Toilets should last longer than this.

Cracked toilet bowl base
We have had this toilet for less than 4 years, and I've been using indoor plumbing all my life for 50+ years. This is the first bowl that has ever cracked. This is in the upstairs bathroom and is used primarily by my 11-year-old daughter. No big guys, not heavy users no heavy lifters. Very disappointed that in less than 5 years of minimum usage, the base of the bowl is cracked. I'm glad we noticed the crack before a major water damage accident. Toilets should last much longer than this.

Breaks easily
I’ve had this toilet for 7 months. It’s in my powder room which is rarely used. The flapper seal has already worn out. The toilet constantly runs as it releases the water once it’s full.
Invest in a better quality toilet if you can.

Tank Cracked $28K in Damage-Repairs
Tank cracked while we were away on vacation. Basement flooded with 2 inches of water everywhere! Toilet was about 3 yrs old and rarely used. If you purchase this cheap toilet, make sure you turn off your water everytime you leave.

Easy install, everything needed to install was included in the box. Toilet is a bit on the tall side. Works well with a squatty potty. Included toilet seat is horribly uncomfortable. Had to replace seat right away. Otherwise toilet works great.
