A:  It has 5 racks so you should be able to do that many. I have done a brisket, 2 tri tip & 3 racks of ribs.

A:  Absolutely. The chamber is a little small so you have to cut your pieces down to fit, but I’ve burned hardwood or big chunk of charcoal in mine. Works really well.

A:  It depends on how hot you want to run it. We used charcoal and flavored wood chunks. I would say every hour to 2 hours for hotter cooking. We have gone every 3-4 hours also.

A:  When I fill the bin to the top it lasts for several hours holding the temp at 250 degrees. The hickory chunks I use for smoke flavoring last 30 to 45 minutes. I use 5 or 6 chunks at a time and just throw them on top of the charcoal.

A:  about every 2 hour

A:  I made some upgrades to the unit, but didn't enlarge the basket. Putting a unlit layer of charcoal in first, then the hot coals on top plus wood chunks, it lasted 2 to 2 1/2 hours before I put in more coals.

A:  It's not as small as you would think. I fill it with charcoal 1 maybe 2 times. The rest of the time I just put wood in every 2-3 hours.

A:  I usually have to add coal about every two hrs. Just add coal on top and empty the ash pan from the bottom. Pretty simple.
