          A:  Yes it should fit no problem. If you do find it a little loose when you mount it, a trick to do is do a couple wrps of electric tape around the drillpress collar to make it a little thicker. It does come with a few different rings to mount it,

          A:  Depends on which drill press it is. It does fit most presses with no problem. The work room it lves depends on the travel of you drill table so its hard to say for sure. But it leaves a fare amount of room. It won't reach far out into the piece.

                  A:  yes it will. if you do find it to be a little lose you could put a couple of wraps of electric tape around the yoke and just remove it when done.
