Thank you for your question. Yes, the Delta Ashlyn Lavatory 2564-RBMPU-DST faucet does come with a pull-up lift rod on the top of the spout (back).

A: Yes it does, also comes with a new drain. On the very back in the picture you can see a little square piece that looks different than the rest of the faucet, that's the plunger/drain rod.

Q:Spec sheet appears to show a pop-up drain assembly but neither the photos supplied here, nor the spec sheet seems to show where the pop-up lift is located on this faucet. There is no view of the rear, so it may be hiding back there. But...I'd like to know for sure.

Q:Is this one of the Delta faucets assembled in U.S.A.? Does someone have the actual box to look at? Some delta products say assembled in USA....others say made in China. I want the ones assembled in USA because more "made in USA" parts are used. Please if someone could look on the box and tell me what it says, I'd be very grateful. Thanks!

A: Hi Texas,
Thank you for your question! We do not recommend to use any products that contain bleach or other harsh chemicals. The faucet can be cleaned by wiping with a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains can be removed with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
Best regards,
Jon
