Delta is trash now
Don’t buy this series. Had a house built 2.5 years ago and now have a third leaking faucet. Even worse is I emailed delta customer service 2 weeks ago, no response. I chatted with them today online and all they wanted to do was argue, provide a ton of photos, and suggest to have plumbing inspected. How about build the quality products you used to and stop harassing customers that have issues. I would try a different brand as this one must be managed by Boeing trained people now.

Beautiful faucet! I really wanted to use matte black fixtures...
Beautiful faucet! I really wanted to use matte black fixtures somewhere in my home, so I opted for the powder room. Because it is so small, I’m keeping the wall sink that is original to the home. This faucet updates my powder room so nicely.
I have three finishes of faucets in my house: chrome, brushed nickel, and matte black. This matte black faucet shows almost no water marks after use.

Installation was very straight forward. I didn't need to cut the lines as their was enough room for me to make an 8in bend. Taking the old one out took longer than installing this one. We love the style and it works flawlessly. 5/7 would buy again. Now just to buy a sink to match it! But one thing at a time.

Failed in 2.5 years
We have these faucets, 5 of them, in our new construction house, and 4 of them have started leaking after 2 to 2.5 years. This is definitely a defective product designed to prioritize fast installation over quality. Makes sense since bulk of their customers are contractors rather than home owners.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THESE FAUCETS!!!
Four out of the five installed in my two year old house leaked into cabinets below for months, causing damages.
According to Delta Customer service, higher than "usual" mineral content in water supply makes the cartridges fail, leak into cabinets secretly through the supply assemblies.
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THESE FAUCETS!!!
The cartridges are $25 each and customer service provides lifetime warranty on the parts and finish, but you have to turn off the faucets until they ship you the parts. If you cannot replace the cartridges yourself, you will have to call a plumber and that will cost YOU money for DELTA'S poor design.

Our products do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed.
