A: Hi Jackie, we accept all major credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover). We also accept Home Depot consumer cards and Home Depot gift cards and store credit on Homedepot.com. The options are able to be viewed at the billing portion of the order placement process. Unfortunately we do not offer assembly on Homedepot.com. However, it is one of the potential services that is offered in Home Depot stores. I would advise you to call or visit your local Home Depot stores about their services and capabilities. I have linked below the Store Finder page which can be found on any Homedepot.com page. With the Store Finder, you can select your local Home Depot store and check for availability of the services provided in-store. Be advised that not all services are present in all stores, it varies store to store and region to region. Hope this helps! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot! http://www.homedepot.com/StoreFinder/index.jsp
A: I purchased my grill on line and picked it up in store fully assembled. I did have to call to remind them to assemble it and the drawback for my store was that the assembler only comes in one day a week.
A: Cure GRILL prior to your initial use to protect the interior and exterior finish and to prevent unnatural flavors to your first meals. (A) Lightly coat ALL INTERIOR SURFACES (including GRILLS, GRATES, AND INSIDE OF BARREL.) with vegetable oil (spray vegetable oil is easiest but do not use near hot coals or fire). (B) Build a medium sized fire on the fire grate. (C) After coals ash over, spread out coals, replace cooking grates, close lid and heat at approximately 250 F for two hours. Re-coat GRATES and return to grill at approximately 200 F for two hours. You can lightly coat the exterior of the grill body (while warm) with vegetable oil. This will extend the life of the finish, much like waxing a car. Your GRILL will then be ready for use. NOTE: Grill will drip a lot of oil during this process and for several uses but will slow over time. NEVER EXCEED 400 BECAUSE THIS WILL DAMAGE THE FINISH AND CONTRIBUTE TO RUST. PAINT IS NOT WARRANTED AND WILL REQUIRE TOUCH-UP. THIS UNIT IS NOT WARRANTED AGAINST RUST
A: just heat up after adding some like oil and the heat make the oil penetrate the grill
A: The grates are pre cured.

A: Get a good pile of coals ashed over and the grill grates good and hot. Then liberally apply bacon grease to all surfaces of the cooking grates. Good idea to re-apply bacon grease seasonally, or when the grates exhibit minor corrosion.
A: No, Unless you are a welder then anything is possible.
