A:  This model is manufactured with 14 gauge steel.

A:  This model is not offered with a temperature gauge.

A:  It does require assembly unless the retailer is offering assembly options. It's pretty simple to assemble. There is an owners manual that will walk you through step by step of assembly. If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

A:  Yes. Not too difficult. Just be careful with the wood slats, I broke one when I torqued the bolt too tight.

A:  The serial number is located on the back of the grill body on a silver metal plate.

A:  Cute but very difficult to assemble. I tried 3 times before I gave up and returned it. I may have gotten a defective one seeing that the barrel holes did not align with the stand. Oh well maybe next Grilling Season I’ll find a grill.

A:  No. Online

A:  It’s really handy I got it for my mom for Mother’s Day and it’s big enough to do a couple meals but nothing serious to feed a family of 10. It’s just 3 of us so it’s perfect.

A:  Not an electric charcoal starter friendly grill. Best method is charcoal lighter fluid. Only takes about 10-15 minutes before the charcoal is ready to spread out & then you place the grills on & begin cooking. Only 10-15 minutes (cooking time) for hamburgers, hotdogs & sausage. Steak in about the same time frame. We have had our grill for several trouble free years & we still love cooking with it. Hope this helps.

A:  We recommend lighting either in a pyramid in the grill or in a chimney starter before adding coals to the grill. Electric starters may not be compatible.

A:  I use a charcoal chimney with a little paper underneath. Never had a problem getting a good fire going, even in winter.

A:  There is no electric starter! I use charcoal with fluid and a gun lighter!

A:  Yes, there is a cover just for this little grill. You may have to go to the manufacture web site though. I've had two of these grills. Just bought a new charcoal pan for the one I have now. Only $14.00. I love manufactures that provide complete spare parts for their products!
