A: Yes, It is harder than the regular drop ceiling because the mounts still tight to the rafters but you can pull the cross members out to get them replaced.

A: Thank you for your interest in our products! Yes, our CeilingMAX system does allow you access to remove tiles once the system is in place if you need to get above the tiles/grid work. You simply unsnap the runner component to make your adjustments and then re-snap in the runner to secure your installation once again. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at 800.434.3750. Thanks again!

A: Yes. It's fairly easy to remove the tiles after installation. I initially installed every panel only to remove them later to install lights. There's a snap rail that fits into the track that you attach to the ceiling.

Q:What is the weight capacity of the grid system? I'd like to use wooden panels (finished and highly trimmed out plywood at 15/16" thickness) in the grid and I want to be sure they won't just fall out after being mounted.

Q:What's in the box? How many wall pieces, and how long is each one? How many runners, and how long are they? Can they be cut to a shorter length and still work at the cut end? How many cross pieces? Am I right in assuming that those are all 2" long?
