A: The water tank and parts are same for 1.3 gpf model for standard rough-in toilets. It just the commode/bowl piece that are different heights.
With that said, it is absolutely best toilet I have installed in my house. I was initially apprehensive that I may have to flush multiple times, but that has never happened. And my water bill has drastically gone down.

Q:Our toilet splashes water as in flushes. It will wet you if sitting or splash on seat if standing.

A: Kellygrenchik,
You will need a little more water in the bowl to stop the splashing. Please make sure that the water level in the tank is 1/2" below the overflow tube, you can shorten the chain if there is room to and make sure water is coming out of all of the rim holes.

A: No. Ours does not.

A: Thanks for the question. You should only have to hold the handle down for approximately 1 second, until the flapper reaches its full open position. There are various troubleshooting steps we could go over if you connect with us. Such as making sure the water level in the tank is set correctly among others. A: No must be defective
by|Aug 13, 2021
A: No. Once you push the handle completely down the flange should be raised and tank should empty without having to hold the handle. I would suggest that maybe the chain from the flange to the handle needs to be tightened up a bit so there isn't so much slack. Maybe there is too much slack in the chain so when you flush the flange isn't opening up all the way.
