Great store, very clean and well organized. Employees are friendly and very helpful. When looking for a particular product they jump right in and take you to the isle where the item is located.

My two most recent visits to this store have Great. Customer service is getting a lot better. They got to work on the cashiers, some need training, others need to be culled.

Great stock on all aisles. I found what I always can’t find near my home, here in Yuma Arizona. Employees were friendly and looked happy.

I was very impressed with the service received today. I received great customer service from the paint department. Good shopping experience witj quick and efficient help.

The service was amazing and the sales person was very knowledgeable. We purchased a refrigerator and she had us taken care of in less then 15 min with refrigerator ordered and on it’s way.

The store was very comfortable to peruse, the cashier we used in particular was very helpful, the person directing customers to the self checkout was on the ball in getting people in line to checkout as one customer left. All in all the store was very convenient in Yuma, AZ

Store well stocked, everything to fit my needs

The store needs to teach their people that when a board is cut that they aren't to charge them double for the board. One board cut into 2 pieces is still 2 ft. Why charge me double. One way for them to make extra money. I live out in the foothills and shouldn't have to drive all the way into town to get my refund. Just teach the people at the registers correctly.

The Store was Clean and organized. will shop there again.

I FOUND SEVERAL ASSOCIATES AT THIS STORE VERY RUDE AND ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL! WHEN YOU CALL THIS STORE NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THE ASSOCIATES AT THIS STORE NEEDS MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER IN PERSON AND AS WELL AS THE PHONE. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THIS STORE SERVICE OR LACK OF SERVICE I SHOULD SAY.

It is so wonderful to go to pick up and order and they know me. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Awesome store

I am a new Pro Desk member so I am still trying to figure out what I am doing! I have been working with Rebecca N. at the Pro Desk. From the first moment we spoke, she gave me the feeling she was going to be incredibly helpful with my renovation project. And, she has been EXCELLENT. She is kind, thoughtful, patient with answering my questions, smart, knowledgeable and delivers what she says she will do. She makes me feel like I am the only customer she is working with. If I were a teacher she would get an A++++++++++. She is a true asset to this store and Home Depot.

This store usually has the products I want but on my last visit I did not feel safe at all. Employees were not wearing masks and were not practicing social distancing. The only employees with masks were behind a plexiglass shield

The home depot is usually a pleasant experience. Not at this store. Most associates are friendly but the managers are quite the opposite at this store. Instead of trying to find sensible solutions, they (managers) try to give their customers a difficult time. An example: I tried to return a 4.97 ineffective insecticide and had the receipt in my hand. Mind you I spend there close to $1000.00 a year (maybe $700.00 just in the last three months). The manager there wouldn't return it. He said that the home depot doesn't accept returns with hazard chemicals!
