I enjoy shopping at this location because they have what I need at the right price. The store is always jammed sunup to sundown. Early bird catches the worm!

My wife and enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. It has an awesome Garden Center, great selection of seasonal decorations, and it’s consistently well stocked. Add friendly, helpful employees and it’s always a great experience!

It's always understandable when associates are busy, but it seems like there's always someone willing to drop what they're doing to help out a customer.

I used to get a discount by showing ID card. They changed the way to get it and made it impossible if you do not have a smart phone

I had a lot of little odd jobs to do and needed a bunch of different products the employees were very helpful in helping me locate them!

I am working on restoring antique furniture and The Home Depot has these wood chips that I needed. I ordered extras.

We purchased a cast iron sink that weighed about 200 lbs. Asked for assistance in loading it into our vehicle. No one came to help. Another customer helped me get it into the car. Floor personnel act like you have the leprosy and RUN the other way. The cashier was the most helpful and courteous - cheerful and eager to please.

I had 3 people direct me from the time I walked in to the checkout. I found what I needed. Thank you

We went in to buy a replacement dishwasher. Were told they deliver, install, and remove old one. At checkout found there is a huge fee for this!! Error made by clerk and when I said I had concerns the assistant brought in to help turned her back on me and walked away!!!

Nice clean store with just about everything one needs for any size project with great prices.

Since the Home Depot #0402 opened its doors I have been a loyal customer. One of the main reasons in the customer service and respect that I receive every time I pass through the doors. If Home Depot Corporate gives awards to stores for Outstanding Customer Service, #0402 should be at the top of that list. Thank you. V/R SirWilliam

Employees need better training and better attitudes.

In the middle of shopping for something entirely different, I found a product on sale to use as a gift for my husband for Christmas. Ended up buying a couple of items I hadn't planned on or even thought of.

as a general rule I do not do these surveys because they seem to open a floodgate of spam in my inbox for the next month or two, so I report the offending source to the FTC and they get dinged Bummer

I use this store most of the time. It is close to my home and I can receive a military discount. They treat me with respect when I go in. I do admit there are times I go in and have a hard time finding someone to help me. But not often. Everyone is very professional and always willing to help. I will continue to use this location
