Good customer service in the Garden Center by the cashier, Gwenda!

I have gallons of their best paint that will not be used related to misguided advice from paint technician. Serviced felt rushed. I spoke to their manager, there was minimal intetest to keep a customer's business. I am looking else where to complete the rest of home makeover projects. I was warned about Home Depot;ow I know why.

Great place to shop.

Thank you so much for returning our on-line order, even though the order mess up wasn’t totally our fault. A big shout out to two of your employees, Norma and Jason for helping us find what we needed.

Poor customer service on the tools section....they are lucky we know what we want....by the way make sure you do your research of the tool availability online before you go to the store...they will tell you they don't have it just to get ride of you.

I could not find a floor associate to help me, and the three cashiers there, Yolanda, Elodia and some hefty blonde lady at self checkout were INCREDIBLY rude and portraying their misery on customers. As I left, I snapped a pic of a few male employees hanging out and chatting near the cart corral.

Terrible customer service. Rather go do my shopping at lows.

The associates on the floor helpful and professional. Some of the cashier's could use some how to be friendly training. Great place to shop and get your construction needs. One of my favorites

This store is always clean, but in the lawn and garden customers tend to pick things up and leave them in other places; or they knock/drop inventory to the floor and the items just remain there. As an example, it is important that the employees not simply walk by a bunch of seed packets lying all over the floor and simply leave them there. It would only take a minute or two to put them back.

Sales floor employees are not willing to help. Employees don't even know where items or tools can be located

Great selection of tools and materials. The employees there are always helpful and polite. They go the extra mile to find what you are looking for, as well as making suggestions.overall great clean store with fair prices. I will return and recommend.

Employees were helpful and pleasant. I received help in finding 1/4 -inch fine threaded bolts, which were in limited supply. Employee Tami assisted in checkout.

Had a great experience shopping in the Garden Dept today. Pleasant cashiers and Servando C was extremely helpful and courteous. Helped us wrap our trees to keep them from damaging on our drive home. Helped load up our truck and did it all with a smile!

I know in these times you have to cut back on help but very frustrating when you have to wait so long for help in flooring.

Your garden department is looking good with lots of plants . Plants are fresh and beautiful.

Anayssa in Doors/Windows @ HD Yuma was excellent! Even though she was relatively new to that dept, she willingly took on finding the specific 2 exterior doors I wanted. Result: The 2 doors were not in the same display, but Anayssa kept looking & found the other one stocked at a much higher level. She went the extra mile to satisfy this customer. Kudos to Anayssa!!

Great customer service, great prices, easy to find products, employees very friendly.

Poor customer service when delivering orders. They called me and told me an order would be delivered the next day between 8 to 5 I waited nothing showed up I called customer service and was disconnected twice after 10 minutes on hold. I finally reached a representative who referred me to the manager. again I was put on hold for 15 minutes She finally said that she would call me back shortly. Wain=ting for the call now

Mike Sanchez was extremely friendly and helped us with cutting the blinds we needed. He was very efficient and knowledgable and I feel he is an asset to the Yuma store.

The employees lack training to provide good customer service, disappointing 9 out of 10 trips. Sat for 45 minutes for curbside pickup and the order wasn't complete. Had to go into the store to get refund bc the employee refused to go get the rest of the order, told me it wasn't his problem and he had other customers to help.

The employees in this store are very knowledgeable, greeted you and go above and beyond to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful for The Home Depot in Yuma. The store always has what I need and then some. Very clean

Employees in garden were outstanding and helpful. Quick and accurate checkout with lots of items and despite being busy, they were able to quickly assist with getting me almost 100 bags of mulch and load everything up. Definitely felt like I got the white glove treatment, thank you!

Great shopping Experience!!

Its ok, but the inventory selection is obviously made by a turn rate bean counter. Any commercial or industrial customer won't waste their time in many departments. I go there once in a while, but only if I need something today and I have already checked the website to make sure they have it. That can be difficult because often the website shows you a bunch of things that do not match your search terms. Its a store. Sometimes they have what you need. What more can I say.
