This store sets a pretty high for service, even over quite a few other Home Depots I've been too. Keep up the good work folks!

This store is always clean and well organized. Products are generally easy to find, but floor staff are very helpful if I can't find something, even if it is just a certain bolt or screw. Whatever I need is usually in stock, so I don't have to look elsewhere.

Well stocked, fast, plenty of help. NO mask needed.

The store is great and thus the 5 starts.... Lots of everything in it and the floor staff very helpful. Unfortunately the check out lady felt the need to be rude to me for no reason. I'm an older lady and yes I do dress like a much younger person might,... and yes i do have a deeper voice than average but to constantly be called Sir by the woman and looked up and down like a piece of meat was and is not acceptable. For her servoice I would have marked the review down BUT I can choose to go else where to use Home Depot and maybe other people will not be subjected to this sort of rudeness.

We visit here often from the Atlanta area. This store was extremely clean and organized. The store employees were all very friendly and spoke and offered to help when you passed them. I always enjoy shopping here!!

Gretchen in the garden center was very friendly and helpful. You've got a great store.

Bought a new lawn mower. No cart to put it on. The sales associate found one and brought it to us, also loaded the mower, and then we shopped around the store for other stuff and finally checked out. When we got to the car I was attempting to load the mower into the back of the car, and here rushes up the young man apologizing for not being there when I got to the car and he loaded it up for me. Very good service. He was watching out for us in order to help us load the mower. I appreciate good service. And this was done with a smile. Don’t see this so much these days. Thanks Home Depot.

Dawn, in the Garden Department was rude and unhelpful. I asked a few questions on plant food and she was short and rude. She offered no assistance to verify the price of an item when I told her the tag on the shelf show a different price then what was scanned at the register. She just asked" do you want it or not. I was very offended. Usually when I visit my neighbors Home depot I am very please. This visit was a total disappointment.

I had a great experience at the Yulee store. Wonderful customer service, they definitely went above and beyond. Thanks for the help! I'll be back soon!!

Clean, with helpful employees. We visited the store many times to purchase items to finish our new home.

When I came I felt like there was not a big crowd of people at the store. I was able to find most things but some plants were not available to purchase like Strawberries, raspberries. I saw tomatoes, watermelon and other foods available but not that.

My recent experience was really amazing. I was in a tough spot, had been left in the lurch by a once trusted contractor on a home flooring and custom bookcase job. I returned after a cross country trip, exhausted and had to deal with buying materials (already paid for and absconded with by the contractor) and start the flooring myself, along with my son. I dealt with Kaala and Jorge in the flooring department who helped and guided me, loaded everything and opened an instant account to lessen the immediate financial burden of the situation, stored the entire cart of materials and tools until the following day when my son arrived to help pick up and load the materials and tools. GREAT, GREAT job by these kind and professional people.

It's always a pleasure to shop here! The garden section is stocked with all sorts of goodies for my yard.

Store is always clean and well stocked. And there is always someone their to help without having to search. Clerks and cashiers and hone pros always seem cheerful and knowledgeable.

Yesterday I went to our local Home depot and purchased some lumber. At check out, I presented my V.A. card for my Veterans discount. I was told Home depot does not give the V.A. discount on lumber. I was shocked by the response. I also shop at another big box store and receive a V. A. discount on everything I purchase there. After this experience, my shopping days at Home depot are over. I will be going to the other big box store in the future.

Great customer service Shirley went over and beyond to help me. The only complaint I have was the home garden section. Majority of the in the house we're dead, underwater or over watered and not a big selection to choose from and very disorganized.
