Bought grill. was told that could rent truck to bring grill home by saleman. took 4 employees at return to learn truck isnt working and wont until following week. now paying delivery charge for grill. Should have went to Lowe/s

The girls at the customer service desk at this store are so kind and helpful, Particularly Valerie. She dedicates her attention to you until you get exactly what you are looking for.

I found the employees to be knowledgeable and helpful. I required assistance with some choices and in handling bulky items. The employees and cashier were friendly and got help for me immediately. I have shopped at other Home Depot stores where this has Not been the case and assistance seemed to more of a bother to them. Not the case at the Yulee store!! It will be my go-to in the future.

Large enought to always have what i need, but small enought to know my name, always help willing to meet my needs. The “ Cheers ( tv store)

Had the worst cashier forklift driver and forklift flagger possible. Took over 45 mins to even notice any one need help. Kept disappear. Even walked past me 3 times.

Found different colored poinsettias that other stores didn't have. It made my day!

My husband and I went to Home Depot for a Samsung refrigerator and they had exactly what we wanted and they completed the entire transaction and we were on our way. They were so helpful.

Having a customer with kids, because they did not trust the customers comments of a products pricing information. Did not appologize for the wait or the wronful distrust.

I go here frequently and everyone there ahs always been very helpful. if I ever have issues finding what I need someone always goes the extra mile to help me. Being a frequent shopper here I have been able to become familiar with some of the people that work there and enjoy talking with them. Things are always clean and seem to be well organized so that I am able to find what I need quickly.

Great customer service, and I always find what I am looking for at this local store. When I need assistance or have a question, the employees are always helpful or can find someone else to assist me.

This is a well run store with plenty of Ryobi tools in stock.

went to store to see if any deals on milwaukee electric products, seemed to have a good stock of them, wish they would build one in Kingsland Georgia

Great assistance when needed. Prompt and pleasant help when product is too large for me to handle. Store is always well organized and clean. The layout and signage in store is easy to follow. Associates have always been very knowledgeable and willing to find someone to help if they do not have the answer.
