Each time we head to Home Depot to check for supplies for the garden, we have no problem finding what we need.

Im always pleased with Yuba City Home Depot. Iv been to so many of them away from Y.C. And after going to big city Home Depot’s I appreciate my town folks working at Yuba City’s HD. Yuba City Home Depot is so friendly and very helpful. Ill always choose to go to Yuba City’s store more than any other.

I like shopping at this store, I have been going here for almost a year now since I moved to a nearby Yuba County community I always get the right help when needed. The store is fairly clean and organized. So far in all my visits to this store I've noticed all associates very friendly and very helpful (and smiling too).

Home Depot has great products and have unique items such as original whiskey barrels from tennessee with a tin ice container inside, it us a great conversation piece for your patio. Great service, fast check out friendly employees.

Our shopping experience at Home Depot Yuba City was fantastic. We had been going to Lowe’s to buy your appliances. Our experience there continue to get worse and worse. I wish we had shopped at Home Depot all along. Employees at Home Depot are extremely polite and knowledgeable about the products. Home Depot employees do “not” treat you like you are an inconvenient part of their day. The time you wait for help is minimal. They make check out very easy. I highly recommend the store.

Everything was neat and clean, store staff friendly and helpful. Gabe in the Doors section was awesome and made the process of getting an garage door installation set up very easy. Scheduling person called me within 15 minutes to schedule appointment for the install. Nice to know that there are people out there who still understand what customer service is all about.

PRODUCTS ARE EASY TO FIND. I AM DISABLED AND I FOUND ASSISTANCE IS READILY AVAILABLE.

The supervisor for hardware section Charles and the employee Nick were very helpful on letting us know what we can do to make our shopping experience smooth and easy!

This store particularly was very clean, neat and organized. The employee by the name of Tia (works in flooring) was very informative, patient, professional in assisting my husband and I selecting the right carpet and padding for our project. Tia made our job so much easier.

Francisco in flooring did amazing and I want to thank him so much. He went above and beyond and so did Teresa Perkins she helped me big big time thank u both I had nothing but a happy face leaving this store.

Need to clean up the store in yuba city and make it like roseville and standford ranch

Staff are very friendly and helpful here. We must wait for the dryer we purchased, but that is understandable with supply demands right now. The Front End was exceptionally clean, well-staffed and smooth running. The salesperson in the Washer/Dryer area was extremely helpful and friendlier than I am used to in other major chain stores. I also noted (me being a past manager for a membership club) that the Salesperson was busy cleaning shelves on his downtime when we got there. He was quick to ask what he could do for us and attentive to our needs. The down time cleaning was impressive to see as many employees in big retail environments stand around chatting instead of doing upkeep work. The PVE for Covid was available in multiple areas around the store, a much higher standard than other chain stores I have frequented. They were training a new person on the cash register and I noticed those training that person were attentive to them and to us as customers. I am always happy leaving Home Depot in Yuba City. This is the first time I had to wait for an item, but it is understandable.

I Needed A Certain Size Mini Blind, No Problem, She Handled It Very Professionally, And Made Sure That When My Daughter Picked It Up,She Was Available And Professional All The Way During This Transaction.That Store # 1019 Should Be Proud To Have Such A Great And, Dedicated, Professional Like Her On Their Team.She And Her Professional Attitude,Make It A Pleasure Shopping There.Other Employees Could Take A Lesson From Her, She Is Very, Polite, And Professional, To Customers, And A Very Important Asset To That Store. She Needs To Be Recognized And Appreciated For Her Very Professional And Polite Manners Towards Customers.

Cashier Gail in customer service was the best part of my experience out f the whole trip. I had to get my own ladder to retrieve my product. I asked for assistance Gail sent an associate with me to my product. I pointed to said product they said ok. Then they kept on walking and never returned. I went back to Gail and told her what had happened she assured my they let the manger know. I then returned waiting for another associate to retrieve my item from the top shelf again no one came. I then took it upon myself to toll my own Home Depot employee only ladder to my product. And then and only then did an associate come to assist. Maybe this is because customers shouldn’t be using these ladders for liability reason. This was ridiculous and a shame at this store. As stated in the beginning of this survey Gail was the shining light for your store if not for her I would have made a seen and not purchased a dam thing from this store.
