It is very congested which makes it look like messy however they have more product stock as compared to Shrewsbury

This store needs a customer service adjustment big time, they are selling with miss guided information. My successful experience at this store on 7/6/21, was do to a very professional associate in cashier name Ashley. This store has a bunch of people with titles, lacking customer service, product awareness and knowledge, lazy in performance and this all is a reflection on the attitude, vision, management style and performance of the one and only STORE MANAGER (responsible for managing the store and all is counter parts). I hope you don't take this personal, who you are as a person has nothing to do with performance (separate the two). This comment is written with the hopes that you (who ever you are? STORE MANAGER), have a changed of mind and heart that there is room for great improvement in every area of the store. You need to identified key personnel that can follow a new vision within the vision of Home Depot and inspire them to follow through. Though this store is closer to my home. I travelled to Auburn to shop, and when the manager their was transferred to Shrewsbury, I went Shrewsbury to shop. Why, the man was good at managing store. Don't take this personal! Grow into a better you!

Generally, My reviews tend to be a bit long-winded, so, to keep this straight and to the point: With the help of many friendly employees, I was able to find the products I was looking for quite easily! As far as I could tell, the store was clean, organized, and well-stocked! They had exactly what was needed, in product, and personality! It's been a long time since visiting the Worcester Home Depot, but especially after my last and most recent experience, Inspiration to visit will probably find me now more often than not. With all the Best toward Life & Health!

Easy to find everything helpfull associates and very friendly cashiers

It is always easy to find the items at the right place.Associates are friendly and ready to provide help even when they do not cover any department. Cashiers always greet people and they use the home depot app in order to send the costumers to the right directions .Generally the store is neat and clean also the bathrooms

This store has the worst customer service I may have ever experienced at any store or restaurant. I will never return to this location and may stop shopping at Home Depot altogether. One of the two employees decided to walk away from the return desk and start returning items to the shelf, leaving two people in line for her coworker to take care of after finishing with the current customer.

Was looking for a certain type of screw. The girl was so helpful, brought me right to the one I needed, and showed me how to measure for the next time. Cashier was very pleasant.

I’ve recently moved into the area and Mike and Sabriene I believe it is were very helpful in showing us where some things were that we needed. Very great customer service!!

A lot of employees have no clue what's going on and these younger employees have no people skills. It used to be a great store. Pro desk is still decent but some of these employees man.

Store as well as most employees in disarray. Nobody Seems to be bothered by this. Stock not displayed , can’t be found makes for a lengthy time wasting experience. Will search other possibilities for my home improvement needs in the future

This is my store and I love visiting this HD. The employees are always friendly and having a good time, and they are always quick to help out. A stark contrast from their biggest competitor around here. I never have an issue with things in stock, and I am always able to find what I am looking for.

Had a very hard time with a Prodesk associate (Jessenia?) refuse to make my transaction because it wasn’t a phone sale, I’ve never had this problem, as a loyal contractor I’ve always been sent to the contractors register, pro sale.

Just shopped for carpeting. Maria in flooring made this chore effortless. The entire process took fifteen minutes!

If you need help with any home improvement needs make sure you go to the Worcester HD and work with Dylan! Talk about someone that goes the extra mile. I go to him for all of my flipping needs. He’s in flooring, but can help with anything. Make sure to actually fill out the surveys they give for their employees too. It’s the only way they receive recognition for their hard work.

I want to buy the tiles for my bathroom. The flooring department Nate help me choose the tile and take the tiles down from shelf to my cart. It is very heavy. He also help me choose the mortar too. He is Very Professional and knowledgeable. He know Exactly what I want. Great job Nate! A+++!

Your Gold Star location in Worcester, Massachusetts, is my go- to location for all household items. The associates are the epitome of first class customer service. Mr. Dustin Kruckas runs a tight ship!

The parking lot is a challenge, and the layout is much different than the Auburn location. But, I can tell you that the staff that I've worked with is exceptional, because the store is usually quite busy. Everyone has been friendly, and willing to work with me to get what I need.

I always find what I need. The prices are very reasonable. The people who work there often provide detailed help when needed when I have a project or problem with my house.

Visited Home Depot recently, was given the highest level of service I could’ve asked for. I was looking for a humidifier and a gentleman by the name of Mike Paige was right there ready to assist me when I entered the isle. He then looked for the type of humidifier specific to my needs and when I decided upon the one right for me, he carried it to the register, got me checked out and I was on my way. I could not have asked for a better stress-free shopping experience! Great job with who you hire Home Depot! A real asset you have there! Thank you!

Sean, a cashier, and the manager Eric went above and beyond their job description. Sean helped me put 18 bags in the cart and Eric went to my car to load it. They both were polite and friendly.
