This store has the best employees, they're always SO nice and asking how they can help, are experts in their departments, and really stand out from other locations!

I shop this store on a regular basis. I was there 4 days ago and had a great experience. I was searching for a specific paint product called Upshot. The man on duty brought me right to it. The cashier was James and he mad it very easy to check out and locate our tax-exempt info.

The manager Jose from the Home Depot in Worcester, is professional , polite, friendly and he goes above his job description.

Paint department was unable to serve any customers in a timely manner. Waiting over 20 minutes to served (being one of only two customers there) and then another 10 minutes was spent watching the specialist try and work the machine and find the correct samples. Ended up leaving as there was no hope to be done anytime soon.

Best prices staff is very friendly can get in and out in a matter of minutes, recently lost my wallet there with a bunch of cash in it, and every dollar was returned to me, Brenda and the manager have restored my faith in the humanity!

Went to custom order my Levelor Celluar Shades; I bought my last ones from this store and was very happy. Just replaced the windows to a slightly different size so just re-ordered! Customer service by Pedro Guzman was excellent. Shout out to Maria as well as she was very helpful!

This is the gethoest Home Depot ever. Receipt on hand, I tried to return an item, “insert your debit card to the card,” said Trey, customer service agent. After inserting the card, “Wait did you use the item?” asked Trey. “Yes,” I replied. “Hold on, I need to get an approval,” said Trey. He left and upon returning he said, “My manager said it will let this one go this time. Next time, you won’t be able to return any item open items.”

have to wait too long sometimes, people tell you they will be there to help, don't come back tell you they will be there until a certain time, and are not Not Everyone greets you!

Went to my local HD looking to buy a hardwood floor nail gun, was quickly approached by multiple associates who couldn’t wait to help me. Ending up purchasing the Dewalt one and very happy with my purchase!

I was merely picking up a couple things to organize my workbench area. It was early in the morning, and I had been up several hours & was quite tired. The cashier I worked with (James) was very friendly with a great sense of humor. It was a nice way to start my day!

The Worcester Home Depot has some very polite, friendly and professional employees and one of them is Damon. He treated me as if he was the owner of Home Depot. He helped me finding what I needed from 3 different depts.

The customer service at this store is wonderful. In a world where this seems to be a lost art, it is refreshing to have employees who are professional and willing to go above and beyond.

Showed up late at the end of a long day hoping to resolve an issue I'd spent way to much time on the phone dealing with already. Met a young kid named Spazz who turned it all around and had me out the door a happy customer. Very professional guy Thanks for everything.
