Great store. Busy parking lot. A bit unsafe for pedestrians.

We were very impressed that what we needed we could purchase. Additionally, we were treated with respect by the workers.

In my entire life I have never experienced such a bad customer service. I really hope that this is just an isolated case and not all of the other associates have the same arrogance. I am a PRO member after spending hundreds of thousands at home depot it is the first time that I felt like I don’t belong to that place. Everything because of one of the associate at appliance department named Zay/Zach.

I’m a regular and am always welcomed with smiles :)

Store seems well-managed. It is usually clean (including restrooms) and organized, even though it is vey busy most of the time. I'd prefer more actual cashiers and fewer 'Do It Yourself' checkout lanes, but otherwise it a decent shopping experience.

Went to this store approx 8pm to purchase a washer and dryer. A nice young man named 'Paul' attempted to help find me an associate for the appliance area. After being unable to locate anyone he offered to call the Mgr. He did call the Mgr 'Steve' and inform him of my intent. Mgr replied ' I'm busy now and don't have time'

I shop at Home Depot at Gold Star Blvd. frequently. I find what I need each time and get good advice from the employees. Just this week I was given good advice in the paint department and appreciated it.

I purchased peel and stick floor tiles and was advised which would be best for my project. Berlic, in the flooring department, helped me and was very knowledgeable.

I visited the Worcester, MA store in an attempt to find a plumbing part needed to finish a faucet install. “Bob” in plumbing went out and of his way to assist me. His service included taking a phone call from my husband, examining pictures sent via text and coming to understand the part that was needed. He was courteous, patient (it took a while to figure out and find what was needed) and knowledgeable and should be commended. On this particular day there was also a greeter who was extremely friendly and who I encountered again later at the self checkout. She had a friendly and helpful personality. I am sorry that I did not get her name as she should be commended as well. Good employees have good management aiding them and this store obviously has it all. Overall an extremely satisfactory customer experience for me.

Nobody tried to scurry away when they saw me coming! They actually approached me.

Received excellent assistance from Home Depot employee, as usual, in the purchase of a Dyson air purifier. Having contractors in the house, no matter how much the tried to minimize the dust, it's always there. The air purifier has been outstanding!

I’m stop by the pro desk almost every day and consistently get the best customer service from Kassia, lhianna and Gianna. She’s very responsive, takes great care and is always willing to get the right answer. Extremely polite with the customer.

Employees here are always nice and helpful. Good inventory, and I like that I can find where things are located by searching the app or website.

In looking for flooring for an entire house, I got great education from salesperson Berlic in new products of engineered hardwoods vs solid hardwood flooring vs vinyl planking and the different grades of that.

I like going to Worcester Home Depot because I know right where everything is and it’s easy to find stock is usually acceptable. When I have an issue the customer service is fantastic!

Home Depot is the store to go for their products are great and they are very helpful in assisting the customer. The store is very clean and all the employees still are wearing mask!

I just want to take a moment and give a big shoutout to cashier Klodiana at this particular store. She went above and beyond in my opinion (and that's all that matters) ensuring I received my veteran's discount and also advised me of another great deal if I applied for and used a Home Depot credit card. Although the 22% APR will ensure this card will remain in my dresser drawer except for special occasions. My experience at this Home Depot was great.

I have been to a few Home Depots within the state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and I have to say your store excels in customer service.

We've been frequent shoppers at this HD for the past year and we have been especially thrilled with the service we've received from the Window and Door department. Freddie helped us order all of our windows and doors. Throughout the process he has been friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. He made a daunting task a breeze and has even been a helpful resource outside of the scope of our window and door project! Five star service for sure! His colleagues, Milton and Mark have also always been great! Fantastic team.

Senaida is a naturally hard worker and thrives at customer service. Management lacks to give proper training on the issue of the self check out , when the computers go ary. 5 stars to Senaida.
