Home Depot can be intimidating to the non-professional home builder. BUT, I needed a slab of wood to use as a low profile box spring for my bed and my sons bed. Here comes a young man by the name of Kevin. If I could define patience and professionalism, Kevin would be the example. He assisted me with the measurements, the type of wood and he cut them with precision. He was so helpful. Then comes Vladimir. He helped me with loading. He showed me the proper way to use hatches and he loaded my truck. He was courteous, patient & always had a smile. A smile from an employee can go a long way. I want to thank these 2 gentlemen for their help. I would have left the store and ordered online had it not been for Kevin and Vladimir. Home Depot should be lucky to have them.

Worst experience ever at a Home Depot. No one around to assist with the purchase. Checkout was a nightmare. 45 minutes.

The associates were very helpful and I did not have to look for them to locate items. The store had an ample amount of employees throughout the store to assist. The Cashier went out of her way to hold items at the register for me while I continued to shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees of items in the whole store. The store was clean. Very satisfied customer.

Out of all the Home depots in my area this one is my GO TO store! Friendly associates as well as knowledgeable! Clean and very organized. Well stocked. Can find what I need with no problem.

Every time I go to this store I have a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! George was awesome helping us get ready to put up a mailbox! Could not have done it without him!!!

The associate with whom we worked, Wallace, who helped us pick out our new front door was as polite and professional as could be. He was quite knowledgeable and put no pressure on us whatsoever. His friendliness, along with his ability to stay in touch with us during the process, made me know for a fact that I will be coming back to your location in Woodridge. Keep up the good work!

The customer service I received when returning a product was extremely poor. The product I purchased was restocked and when I opened it it was half assembled, damaged, and half the parts were missing. All of the screws/bolts were lose in the box. When I tried to show the customer service rep the condition of the product so they can look into better training on restock policies she stated that she did not want to see it as it was damaged. I pressed the issue and she stated that there is no way to know who put it there so it did not matter. It gave me the feeling that they do not care about the quality of the product the customer receives or the time the customer has to spend returning products.

Recently bought at Nexgrill from this store. We were EXTREMELY impressed with Mark at the Service Desk. He answered all our questions without hesitation. He went above and beyond the norm in assisting us in every way. No words can express our true gratitude towards Mark. Other Home Depot stores in the area should look to this store and Mark as an example of true customer service and product knowledge.

Don't be afraid of this "big box store!" Every shopping trip to this Home Depot location has been extremely positive and the proof is in my updated home. Their employees actually reach out and ask if you need help. Stop in flooring and Mary Brooks will greet you with a genuine smile and offer of "how can I help you?" So many friendly and helpful Home Depot team members - go there and give them a chance to prove me right!

Always get a friendly, helpful, associate when I need some help. I sounds funny, but, I get the feeling I am dealing with family members here. At least family members that like me, and that I like! Always has been a pleasant experience.

We found a great deal on a very large tool cabinet. The staff there was quick to help us load it onto the flatbed, help us wheel it over to the cashier and get it loaded into our truck. Great teamwork, great leadership and it was nice seeing a few female assistant store managers walking around helping customers. Kudos!
