Clean store, Very helpful and friendly employees. I repeat FRIENDLY. The employees have a strong technical knowledge/understanding in all the departments i was involved with. Wow, look at all the items they have. Think about all the things you might need for your home or business. I bet they have it.

I've come to this store for many years. I recently gave it a chance to do something more significant, the purchase and installation of countertops. While I will still come to this store to purchase raw materials, I would not recommend the store for anything other than that. This store is not prepared for larger projects.

The lack of knowledge and negligence is not worth it. Add in ignorance, overcharging and the barley speaking English. You have just turned me into a lowest customer

He's extremely knowledgeable and provides top notch customer service. Arif has assisted with 90% of my transactions at the register, great location to shop for all home improvement needs!

Best customer service every time my husband and I visit the store. Employees and Managers are very helpful when we need direction on a DIY project. From the time we walk in to the time we walk out, not only do we have all our materials but we also have more knowledge on how to do something.

I chose this store because it's location is convenient with multiple routes to avoid traffic. There are 2 other stores that they will refer me to if they are out of stock and they will check availability before sending me.

JUST RETIRED AND MOVED IN THE AREA ,FOUND THIS HOME DEPOT EXTREMELY CONVENIENT , MAKING MY LIFE A LITTLE EASIER TO HANDLE THE DO IT MYSELF JOBS AROUND THE HOUSE. THE PERSONNEL AT THIS LOCATION FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING, AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS I NOTICED !

CAN ONLY USE SUPERLATIVES. SEE MY REPORT ABOVE . BUT AT THE END OF YOUR SURVEY IT SAYS THAT I "INDICATED THAT I WOULD NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN". NOT TRUE!!!!! AS MY ANSWERS SHOULD HAVE INDICATED. I INTEND TO ALWAYS SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO GO BACK TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE WITHOUT STARTING A LABORIOUS PROCESS OVER AGAIN. AND, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE SO I MIGHT ASK THE STORE MANAGER IF I SHOULD STILL SEND THIS IN TO YOU.

The store was clean and I found the products I wanted., My complaint is that I could not get the assistance I needed. The store opened at 7 AM. I got there at 8 AM. I wanted to buy 2 bags of mulch and 1 bag of topsoil. I could not lift the bags into my shopping cart. The Cashier (Mairana Yely) called for assistance at least 5 or 6 times. She even used the PA system. No one responded - no one came. there was no help. If you open at a certain time, you should have people available to assist the customers. I was about to leave without my purchase but Mairana said she would help. She closed her register and went to put the three bags into my cart. After I paid for my products, I had to ask a stranger in the parking lot to help get the bags from the cart and in to my car. What should have been a simple transaction ended up taking almost an hour - from 8 AM to 8:56 AM. My thanks to Mairana for her help, but I cannot say the same for Home Depot.

The store is very close to my house. I have purchased laundry equipment, refers,riding mowers etc. I like your paint because of 1 coat coverage.

Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable and showed helping attitude. Explained about product and ways to save money.

This store is the right size for me to get around . It carries much of the materials I require. The employee's all seem to be "family" and willing to help. I have had the best of experiences at this location.

I think it's a little smaller than some of the HD stores (maybe not?) but I recently had an outstanding customer service interaction at this store that would keep me coming back. John R in electrical went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get the right light bulb for my microwave. I wasn't able to bring it in with me and instead of saying "sorry, I can't help you," John spent around 10 minutes doing research for me on my microwave to find the bulb type so I could buy my replacement. I've never experienced such impressive customer service at a home improvement store. John is an asset to your company and will keep the customers coming back. Thank you!

But please stop asking about the Home Depot Credit Card all the time. It gets annoying.

After waiting in line for an extended period of time at Customer Service Desk, Tina, Floor Supervisor finally came up to the desk and assisted us. She informed us she was not letting us leave the store until she resolved all of our issues, (which she did) and we were 100% satisfied. She should be commended for going above and beyond her duties, especially in different areas of the store. I would recommend seeing Tina in Flooring for assistance.

I shop at this store a lot. It is clean and the staff always greet me and ask if they can assist me. When I have questions they always answer them and help me find what I need for my projects. Also advise me on how to finish projects cheaply and efficiently. I feel that staff treat customers equally whether the customer is a man or a woman. As a woman this is truly appreciated.

Every time I have gone to Home Depot in Woodridge, I was greeted with a hello and a big smile. This store is extremely clean and stocked with plenty of associates to help you when needed. Their prices are better than the "others" and I have never had a problem returning anything. I just ordered my new kitchen and it was designed by Kristi M. She helped me every step of the way. Woodridge Home Depot ROCKS!
