Retired seven years been coming to this Home Depot store for the last six years every time I come to the store I have no problems treated nicely and when I do have a problem, they always have a solution to rectify my issues that’s why I enjoy coming to Home Depot

Ashley with a Y is as sweet as pie! I walked in bright and early frustrated on buying the wrong Merch but let me tell you. They love what they do here and their customer service is above and beyond. I was smiling withing minutes and they processed my refund really fast and with a smile! They genuinely care at this location! Great staff, very helpful, and fun to interact! Tina helped me with my selection and purchase of a new dishwasher. I was dreading the task and she not only made it quick and painless, but fun! She was knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed.

Everything I needed was in stock and at a fair price. Store was clean and well organized. Look for Sharese at the self checkout stations. Rely on her if you have any problems as she is a gem and a real asset to HD.

I buy all my project needs and never been disappointed. Even if i had a return on my part, never any issues. That's comforting!

I just love going in HomeDepot woodridge.,most of them are friendly and they know all the things that what inside there store. Most of the time I’m lost where to get such tings but they are very nice to show me and lead me the way. Cashier specially Anna :) she’s adorable she love my son. And we like her attitude too

I have had multiple positive experiences at this Home Depot. Employees that are on the floor are super helpful and are aware of your needs. I have been to the customer service area for special orders and they have been super organized and quick about what you need. The cashier experience is great as well.

A great store to visit. I have been going to this store for over 15 yrs and I never had a bad experience.

Again, the person working customer service completely ignored me, helped other customers besides me, and even asked me to step aside so they could help someone in line BEHIND me without ever helping me. Only when I tried to leave did they yell nonsense about "josh" and an "order from the back" at me and followed me into the parking lot. That person ruined the my visit, and this is the last time I'll be at this Home Depot.

This store and its employees were Very Helpful toward me. So do appreciate it!!
