This store consistently exceeds expectations. It is better than not only competitors but also other near by Home Depot stores and others I have visited over many years! There are almost always associates available to help and the help they have provided me over time has also saved money. About a year ago I was in the market for an expensive (for me) tool that I had researched on line. In the store I found more choices and asked an associate for assistance. She showed me a product less expensive than the one I was holding that would serve multiple purposes. I bought her recommendation and have been more than satisfied. That is just one example out of many over the 15+ years I have used this store.

I like shopping at the Home Depot for all of my home supplies. They have excellent products and reasonable prices. I bought a stove and microwave about a year ago and I just love them. I bought hardwood flooring for my whole house in 2005 and it is just as beautiful today as it was when I first bought it.

This is the best home depot. The staff is great and they always have what I want.

I always receive excellent customer services be it on the weekend, be it during the week or be it when they are about to close. They always are willing to help you find what you need from the young folks that work there to the one with more experience. I do appreciate them all. I had my mower that was not working and it was past the 30 days. I found out when the tech would be in to have a look at it. I brought it in the next day he looked and worked on it and in less than 30 minutes I was on my way with my working mower. It is always a pleasure to go to Home Depot to shop. My experience is always a positive one. Thank you to all! :)

This Home Depot Store has the friendliest, most helpful employees possible. We have been going to this store since it opened and have never been disappointed in the service!

During a pandemic the staff was rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. No one likes working during a pandemic but that doesn’t mean you should lash out at your customers.

I ordered a cabinet to replace one in my kitchen. The lady in that department was new and had some issues getting it done. After I paid and left the store thinking all was ok, I get a call several days later saying my order had been cancelled. I had to pick something else I had ordered up from customer service department so I mentioned it to the lady helping me. She looked into it for me and before I left the store she had it all corrected and my cabinet was re-ordered. I wish I could remember this womans name so she could get a gold star or pat on the back.

I purchased Item SKU #1001231030, Order Number H0503-245393 from store #503 (San Antonio, TX) with the help from Marie (Store #6371 Winter Haven, FL). I want to recognized the assistance and discount provided by Veronica (Store #6371). It took great effort by both clerks in getting the item ordered. I needed the item to replace the water heater at my other house in Texas. The point is that the computer system was not allowing store 503 to place the order at store #6371. Of course, I could have done it myself Online, but I wanted the military discount. Is their a way to get the military discount when ordering online? As of now, I have to be physically at the store and show my credentials.
