Had a very pleasant time shopping at the Winter Haven Home Depot. I was able to find the two items i was looking to purchase. I did not need any help from store employees. The ones that did ask if I needed assistance were pleasant and knowledgeable about where items were in the store. The store was clean and well lite

absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. Diane in the returns area is by far the best employee From Home depot I have ever dealt with. she made a bad situation great and she didn't have to, I have been going to this store for 3 years now and everytime I have had to deal with a return or customer service issue she goes above and beyond to fix it.....

I have always found the staff at the Winter Haven Home Depot to be very friendly and helpful. Today, I arrived with an ad from another store. Joyce, the salesperson in appliances, knew exactly how to address that. She was able to match the price, set up delivery and all in a very calm, friendly manner. She made my shopping experience a pleasure!

The customer service person was rude, argumentative and confrontational with the customer, unprofessional. The product was easy to find. The assistance was great in the department I shopped in but the customer service associate was not friendly nor helpful. The store seemed clean.

We drove a long ways to pick up online order that we purchased. At time of our arrival it had not been fullfilled and the cashier at customer service named Caroline walked us to mill works and got another employee to help us locate and load the item. We really appreciated her going above and beyond to help us!

Home Depot has by far beaten the competition in customer service. It is important that the customer feels that they are being treated With care.

Spend $2000 and get accused of stealing because the male cashier don't know how to read a receipt on what items are.

The Home Depot in Winter Haven FL. was a very enjoyable shopping experience. I went there looking for a riding mower. I was expecting to pay at least $1500 to $1700for a good quality mower. I asked an employee named JUSTIN about riding mowers in stock. He showed me a refurbished CUB CADET. IT was originally $1999, returned.but with only 1.8 hs on engine. It was reduced to $1274.99. He took the time to explain the repairs [battery was bad]. He demonstrated that the mower worked flawlessly. I of course bought it. If he would have just said that there was a returned mower in the back of the store and not taken the time to show it to me I would not have bought it and would have left the store not purchasing anything. thanks to that employee i got a mower at a great deal.

Had lumber aisle gated off for no apparent reason. I asked to get 3/4 inch plywood. Store employees very happily loaded my cart with 5 sheets of 23/32 garbage. I got home with it threw it on the lawn and started my project. I completely painted one side and by that evening the first sheet was delaminating. All the sheets were warped like pringles. They had not gotten wet (yet) . The following day the other side of said sheets were painted. Then it rained.They continued to warp. The first sheet that was delaminating continues to delaminate. It was almost completely unusable save for 1/4 of the sheet that I installed only to discover it the next morning full of bubbles and ripples. Absolute garbage. Although the other sheets warped they did not do this. They were all under the same conditions. I will never buy plywood at Home Depot again or probably anything else for that matter. It's too far a drive for this sort of aggravation. I've never had this sort of problem before and used this same type of plywood unpainted to cover my windows for a hurricane .
