It’s not always about the purchase. I’ve had the worst online experience at Home Depot. One month later I’m waiting on patio furniture just realize the day of delivery it’s out of stock. Available in stores at double the price though. When I called Home Depot online they suggested I go to different locations and see if maybe somebody would be able to help me. Basically hat in hand, grovel and good luck. Seven stores later and an empty gas tank I found myself in the Winter Haven Home Depot. Going to this location I interacted with the manager name Candace. What little authority she had she made sure she was able to weld it for my benefit. Originally I purchased a five piece conversation patio set at a great price. She was able to locate one piece out of the five and give me the online price. She was extremely apologetic that she couldn’t do more and listened to me vent without losing patience with me.

I bought this two days ago and so far it's worked great for me.

My husband and my self went to looking in to buying cabinets and we had a great experience. Barbara was amazing. all home depot should have one of her

Purchased a water heater two weeks ago and went back to buy a toilet. Andrew in the plumbing dept was excellent. He helped me inspect and Calvin assisted me outside in loading. Great staff! Friendly and helpful made my shopping experience quick and painless! Thank you all at Winter Haven FL store

On my last visit to the store, I had a very good experience with two employees, who went the extra mile for me to get everything I needed at the moment. This exceeded my expectations for Home Depot and I can now be more confident in buying from the store again. Vanesa had the kindness to serve another customer who was a bit angry and she also helped him and the man left the store very happy because of Vanesa's service and even served as a translator for other Spanish-speaking customers who required assistance. that assistance. I am very grateful to Vanesa, Angie and in essence to Homed Depot.

when you go there the isle will be closed for restocking no help employees walking around vaping as about some cabinets from the girl at the kitchen cabinets maybe to help me she said they are in so and so isles

Home Depot Winter Haven, Fl.'s store helped me to complete my purchase by aiding with the correct applicaton and password combination.

I bought 3 wall cabinets online and had delivered. When I got them the shelves was missing. I went to the WH Home Deport to see if they was supposed to have them and I was greeted by Don at 1st and he verified YES, they was supposed to come with a shelf inside. Don went Above and Beyond to search for 3 more shelves for me. I was then greeted by JC who had to give the approval for the replacement shelves. He was super nice and helpful and approved what was missing. Two good and friendly workers. If WH Home Depot has other nice and friendly workers at the WH Home Depot that are like JC and Don I will defiantly keep shopping here.
