The Windsor Home Depot is an excellent store with very customer oriented employees! I received exceptional customer service when bringing in a lawn mower I purchased at the Home Depot for warranty repair which was performed at the Windsor store by an exceptional employee! Two other employees were also instrumental in this experience.

was asked multiple times by different sales associates if i needed help with anything. everyone was so friendly and offered their insights and advice while helping choose the best boxes for our move. I unfortunately did not get the names of the two associates that assisted me, but they were both knowledgeable and friendly.

The Windsor Store is one of three in the region where I live. Although it is the furthest from my home, it is now my store as I have found the customer service level far superior to that of both the Santa Rosa Store and especially the Rohnert Park Store where I have ben very disappointed with employee negative attitudes.

The 3 employees that I asked for help were very friendly and helpful. They knew about the items I was asking about and where to find them. This saved me from the frustration of trying to find things on my own and really saved time. Thank you !

Clean, Organized- the assistant was knowlegdeable for the questions I had. I really like the option of self checkout. I was not as happy about an in home appraisal for some countertops. The person that came was very nice, but the options were VERY limited. I shop this store often and will continue to use this store.

The support and assistance at this store is great! I always can count on the management to step into help as needed.

Home depot carries everything from hardware to toys this is the place to go for a home project its very close and convenient to our home here in Windsor Ca. they have knowledgably on all supplies and projects. We always appreciate the immediate help we get while shopping. A nice greeting when you arrive through the doors.

Home Depot in Windsor is my favorite location. Every time I have visited this store I left with what I was looking for, and was assisted by a cheerful, knowledgeable employee who answered all the questions I had. With such great variety of items and material, there is everything for both men and women's needs. Very clean, great parking area, perfect shopping experience.I'm excited to return.

I would just like to thank all the employees at this Home Depot. This is the friendliest store in the Bay Area. And being in the construction trade for over 30 years.. I've been to a lot of Home Depots.. I mostly deal with the pro desk. Awesome group of people there... All the managers I deal with at this store, are top-notch. The people at the checkout desk are always friendly and courteous. And of course there's always good people there to help you load what you just purchased. They're always there to help. And get you on your way. Once again... Thank you all...

Windsor Home Depot is much better store than any other HD in the north bay

Worst experience ever. Self check out guy on duty at 630pm today 9/7/17 so rude and not helpful. He was disgusted that he actually had to help. The register was acting up and kept giving a reading saying see attendant. He said what did you do wrong. The register kept freezing and he could not be bothered to help us He said "whatever do it your way" what does that mean? Asking for help is doing it my way?? Twenty minutes later having to basically beg for help three times to unfreeze the machine and feeling like we were bothering him. I dont work here. I didnt get trained on the register. I did all the steps to pay and check out. NO HELP NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WONT BE BACK

Both fun and a challenge to buy from Home Depot stores. The inventory is so large and varied. When looking for one item, it might not be where I would expect. Each visit is an adventure

My wife Melanie and myself have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot. Last night, on January 5th, we stopped by Home Depot for what I thought was a unique item. When we entered your business, the first employee we encountered was ASHLEY SCHOUTEN. She was very professional and her welcoming personality, made us feel like welcomed customers. What amazed myself, was when we asked her for a particular item that I thought was unique, "desiccant." She confident guided us directly to it. A business is only as successful as the people who represent it. I have always appreciated all of the wonderful employees who have helped me over the many years that I have shopped at Home Depot.
