Huge parking lot, lots of large parking spaces for my big truck, and even trailer parking when I bring a trailer to haul large loads. Store always well stocked, and staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Had the worst experience of an associate who did not pay attention. Brought an item I didn’t want. And then precedes to tell me they don’t have what I wanted. What was the purpose of looking at his hand computer. Telling me there was 3 of the item (I wanted). Only to have waited for 15-20 minutes. I believe he forgot what I wanted. The item brought to me. Was on the self service shelf. The place where I began. In the end he never wanted to assist me. Terrible customer service.

It's a larger store than I normally shop at, so that's nice. Most of what I wanted to see was outside so I didn't wander around a lot. The customer service area is pretty well organized and people seem mostly knowledgeable.

Great store but employees need to be friendlier

Store has a lot of different things to choose from and the prices are okay

Manager Christen and Clerk John we very very helpful. Received my veterans discount and they helped me get products I purchased very satisfied with both their proffesional help. Store cleaned . Low on toliet paper purchased in store. Over all experience would recommend this store to family and friends and other Veterans Kristen and John deserve a raise employees like them are a diamond in the rough to find.

Thanks to Joe and Matt loading the truck with the forklift. The A-Team safely put the load on my truck. Give those two fine men a raise or a couple extra days paid vacation.

This store is garbage just like all the other home depot's. One actual human working the check stands with a line to the back of the store. Or use the "self checkout" with no line and still require help on purchases with no attending employee.
