This location has the most unprofessional staff and this location needs a complete makeover of its staff

If you are a veteran and plan on using your ID for the Home Depot veteran discount, stay away from Jasmine. I don't know why, but she always seems to have a bad attitude when I try to use the veteran discount at this store. If you can, wait for a different cashier or get in a different line. Don't let her pressure you into the self checkout if you plan on using the veteran discount, she expects you to know ALL the rules about the veteran discount as if YOU went through the same training they did about it, and she treats you less than if you don't know everything about it. Her service is horrible, and every time I have to checkout in her area, I always end up having to take longer than necessary because of her passive aggressive poor customer service attitude. Half the time, she just ends up wasting my time, and she ends up sending me to the regular checkout line ANYWAY because she won't help me (which is where I wanted to go in the first place!)

Been using my military id for years but today a customer service employee asked if i had a state id instead. Huh? That was a first in 40 yrs using my military id. Speaking of military id, i heard that the military discount doesnt apply to some parts of your store? If you could clarify? If you dont so be it. I dont want to sound pushy or an old relic if this is a thing from the past. :)

This store has got to be one of the easiest stores to maneuver around and find what your looking for. The employees are friendly, helpful and periodically walk up to customers and check-in with them to see if they are finding what they need or need assistance. For the most part, if you need assistance, someone will spot you before you have to ask. The store was clean; the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I have visited this store in the past and the same was true then.

I had been trying to place an order online and the website would not let me finish the order so I called the store and Jeanette got me to the pro-desk to NIna who helped me to complete my order. A Huge thank you to both ladies

Alex is plumbing gave me the best recommendations for a product to clean a toilet. She was extremely courteous and professional! Cashier Diana was very friendly and prompt!

This review is about the WINDSOR PARK Store only. The score given is ONLY regarding the employee PATRICK who was representing the fan department on my last visit. I purchased some replacement fan arms for my outdoor fan from Home Depot online. When I picked them up it was obvious the arms were not correct for my fan. I went to the fan department of the store with an old arm and the new ones to try to get some help and figure out the correct part. I asked an employee to direct me to the person who was working in the fan department that would be knowledgeable about fan parts. I was directed to Patrick. Patrick was with another customer so I waited patiently for almost 20 minutes. When my turn came I explained the issue and showed him the two different arms. Patrick told me to go look in a certain section of the department. I did so but there were only indoor fan arms there and they were not the correct size. I had previously looked at other stores as well and had eventually ordered the part online because most locations didn't seem to carry it in the stores. I went back and found Patrick again and explained there was nothing in that area like what I was looking for. He said that he couldn't help me. I again showed him the small differences between the two arms and asked him to educate me on how I could know what to look for in order to find the correct piece online. He was not interested in helping me with that either. I have been going to Home Depot for decades and until this interaction with Patrick, I have never met an employee that was intentionally unhelpful. Thinking perhaps someone had directed me to the wrong person, I asked him if he really did work in the fan department. He began acting very strangely. I mentioned to him that I was getting frustrated. He immediately started backing away from me with his hands up. I asked him if he was ok. He said he had never had someone tell him they were getting frustrated before and he didn't know what that meant. This astounded me. Although it seemed ridiculous I tried to explain what getting frustrated meant. He kept backing away from me, holding up his hands and saying bizarre things. As I was walking away I heard him say some derogatory things about me. The young man seemed to be in his late twenties and did not seem to have mental issues, so it was very bizarre behavior. I should mention that I am almost 50 years old, am about 5ft 5in, I was carrying a small dog in my purse, and was talking to him in a calm manner. I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 30 years and have never had such a strange and derogatory experience. *I went to the customer service desk and the man behind the desk, Jorge, was very helpful and saved the day. Although he did not work in the fan department he took the old fan blade arm to the back of the store and measured it against a fan they had in stock. He came back and was able to tell me why the new blades did not fit and what size I needed to order. THAT was the kind of experience I had expected from Patrick.

Extremely rude man when I asked a question he was walking while I was speaking & didn’t say a single word & threatened to stop calling help after I was walking away & found someone else to help. The staff seemed to be on their own time as well & gave me a wheelbarrow I had to pay before receiving & was in a rush gave me a FLAT TIRE wheelbarrow... so disappointing when I used to come here before never had problems.

The store is kept clean and staff is very helpful.

Very comfortable that we are wearing the mask when going inside the store. I only problems is that the store needs to have one or two employees walking around the store checking that every one still has there mask on. Because when i go inside the store i saw a lot of customer that removed there mask and walking inside the store, now that made me very, very Uncomfortable to even walk in that directions. Specially for my grandchildren that were with me. I wanted to say something to those customers but i decided not to. I am a Formal retired Police Office and i do believe that every store should have people walking inside around the store making sure that they everyone keeps there mask on.

So far I have had a great experience at this location. The customer services has been awesome.

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT! ROSA THE CASHIER WAS SIMPLY AMAZING IN HELPING TO MAKE MY CHECKOUT EXPERIENCE SEAMLESS! HELP WAS WAITING TO DELIVER MY ITEMS TO THE CAR. SHE CALLED RANDY TO HELP. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT ROSA & RANDY. I DO NOT GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. I WAS SHOPPING AT LOWES BUT NOW I AM A HOME DEPOT FAN. ROSA ALSO ASSISTED WITH HELPING ME APPLY FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH HOME DEPOT. WITHIN MINUTES I WAS APPROVED! ROSA & RANDY, YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!

Horrible customer service seems like no one works here.

The store isn't a very big one and products are hard to come by, but it works. Milwaukee rep is nowhere to be seen, Rigid rep isn't friendly and doesn't like answering questions, she sounded annoyed my son wanted to know things. Employees are overworked and trying to run 10 things at one time. Good thing I shop here often and know what to do and where things are, except today.

Cashier gave me too much $ back on a returned item. I left the cashier and noticed that I was given $20 extra. I went back to tell someone and I was told that I would need to go back in line to give $ back by another person. (Covid19!) Cashier and other person were RUDE and unprofessional. Bought lawnmower through website. Had to pick up Curbside. That in itself was a JOKE. The # to call for CURBSIDE just rang, rang and rang. Human picked up, got disconnected and had to call back again, all while waiting MULTIPLE MINUTES each time. After the issue I had in the store moments before, This was the last straw for me. No thanks...I'll go to Lowe's from here on.

Rushed me

I want to say thank you so much to Sam for helping me to cover the bed of my truck with a tarp since it was fixing to rain. very nice young man. And thank you to Jeanette for helping me to find a tarp and telling where to find some pots

The is clean and organized, however the staff are hard to located when needed.

Customer Service is nonexistent. Lots of staff standing around or turning their back so not to catch eye contact. No flat or lumber carts to be found in the store at 7am. Have to get from parking lot and untangle them out of the bunch. Obviously closing and opening crews are lacking.
