My "Brand New" cedar fence 1 year later.

Bought a Franklin Stud Finder Pro Sensor X1100 and it works great and was well worth the money.

Another complicated project by the crazy lady. I had great help from Nolan in Lumber and Liyah in Customer Service with a complicated in store and online purchase. Thanks y'all!

DEPENDS ON TIME OF DAY AND CLERK AT THE DOOR. SERVICE RENDERED. THE OLD TIMERS ARE HELPFUL. OTHERS NOT.

The customer service of the stores employees is amazing. Keep up the great job!

Most of my visits to this store are much the same -- associates and managers who pass me ,and neither greet me or ask if they can help me. I generally have to hunt for help, and frequently encounter associates engaged in non-store conversations, playing on their personal phones, or just standing around doing little to nothing. There are a few helpful people, but I have to seek them out when I need help.

Carl sold me a dishwasher a year ago & I was so grateful for his patience, kindness & knowledge of the products. I returned on Monday to purchase a washer/dryer, didn’t find Carl so returned two days later, found Carl and made my purchase!

Fully stocked & always having parts I need sure is helpful.

I recently purchased the Dewalt BOGO offer. Home Deport provides great products and services. They are great with returns providing you follow the rules.

I shop this store several times during my visits to San Antonio when visiting my son for home improvement projects, and I have never experienced a such friendly and helpful employees. I wish my HD store back home in Illinois had staff like this!

There has also been other employees during my last several visits that greeted me and asked if I needed help that is hard to come by these days, so please Home Depot keep hiring and taking care of these great employees.

This home depot has the best employees, I have visited this store five times since I move to this city and they are alwasy helping me with everything. My hat off to them.

Great Products and quality service

This store is closer to me than the one in Universal City but I prefer to go to universal because it’s neater and easier to find things. One thing I noticed in a lot of the Home Depot is there used to better customer service.

Just a really great and friendly staff every time I visit The Home Depot in Windcrest. Never have had trouble finding exactly what I need.
