This store is very easy to get to, it is in a convenient location! This store is always clean and mess free as well. It has what I am looking for every time and I go here about once a month or more. The prices are always better compared to the other leading home improvement store, so I will always come back here.

The Winder Home Depot is new, clean, well-organized. The employees are positioned at strategic places to greet customers and offer their assistance. They do it with a friendly spirit, and with enthusiasm. I was able to find exactly what I wanted to purchase, and the deal was summarily consumated. I was pleased with the product, the price, and the person who helped me. My experience was beyond all expectations.

The condition and the employees are in good standing, You never fill untrusted, no one is watching you over the shouther make you fill free at the store, At the shiping receiving door employees are willing to help.

I have been to a multitude of stores. The appearance, cleanliness etc is always beyond reproach. Staff are as efficient and knowledgeable as ever.

Thanks for the assistance in new appliances on 8/31 between 6-7pm from a gentleman that explained all the steps the expectations when purchasing from Home Depot.

This store has some of the nicest associates! They’re eager to help and are always smiling.

I went in today to figure out a DIY project myself, and the first employee I spoke to helped me through and through on my project. She helped me find the closest item I was looking for and the cheapest option as well!! I was thoroughly impressed with my visit today.

All the ilses were filled with pallets and carts full you could not get a big cart down them without moving stuff. Worst I have ever seen. Then I get to the garden center and there was no-one except for a cashier and one guy helping to load vehicles. I wanted two pop up drains and there was only one. I asked the cashier & they said they were probably out. I said I do not think so can you check. She did & said there was 13- of them. I then had to wait almost 30-minutes to get someone to help me and find some.Worst service I have ever had at Home Depot. This is not usually my store and I will not be back to this one for sure.

Great store all employees are so helpful and no their jobs so good thank you all there at the Bethlehem store thank you so much.

Laurie, the checkout lady was very pleasant and helpful. She should be commended for the impression she makes on behalf of the company. The Pro Desk have also been very helpful in the past. Sadly, today I have very little positive to say about the floor associates. I had to search to find one and they only pointed me in a direction, rather than accompanying me to find the item I needed.

Helpful employees

This store is just terrible. The managers are the worst managers I have ever, ever seen. The way the employees are treated is so awful that I don't even know how to describe it. It's like they're being treated unfairly on purpose. I'm friends with some employees which I will leave unnamed, because they are actually afraid of losing their jobs if anything gets traced back to them! It's ridiculous that people who have been working with Home Depot for so many years are suddenly being treated like they mean nothing. And whoever emails me about the survey I took will probably say something along the lines of, "Oh, I'm sorry that you feel that way." BUT DON'T APOLOGIZE TO ME, APOLOGIZE TO THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE BEING PUT THROUGH THIS AND SOMEONE ELSE IS HAVING TO SPEAK UP ABOUT IT SO THAT THEY DON'T GET FIRED!!! I am just in pure disbelief that any manager would do this, or that any manager would let even a department head do this. You will be hearing from me again, and trust me, I'll have nothing but extremely unkind things to say. I really don't know why nobody will say anything, and i'm very upset that I have to be the first to do it. People are scared to tell someone about this, but I can assure you that fright is the last thing that I'm feeling while writing this.

This is by far the best Home Depot store I have visited. The associates are very helpful, friendly and respectful. Dale, Josh, Crystal and Gina made me feel right at home and helped me put together a large order for my project. I will definitely visit again for all of my future home improvement projects!!!

Employees are always helpful and welcoming. No complaints on the cleanliness either. Anything I couldn’t find the employees were helpful in getting me to them.

Our Winder Store #6979 is well lit, well stocked, very clean, very happy and helpful employees. Never had a bad shopping experience. We have purchased a lot at this store and will continue shopping at our Winder #6979 store. Keep up the great job. We have bought a lot of paint at this store and the employees are very friendly and helpful and answer any questions we have. We also have bought a lot of lumber with the same friendly helpful employees. Every where you go in this store there is always someone to help you. We tell everyone to go here for everything they need. Great store. We love our Winder #6979 store.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.... store is well stocked and clean. Very comfortable environment with someone always willing to help, no matter how busy they are at times. I was trying to buy the best riding mower for my purposes and JP came along and helped me understand the values, features and helped me find the perfect mower. He then helped me through the purchase, truck rental and loading of the mower. Excellent staff at the Winder Home Depot !!
