Great associates, nonexistent Management!!!!!

The store was very clean and The Staff is wonderful and as a very short woman the staff is great; from helping Me find stuff to getting something off a shelf for Me. Home Depot in Winder is My go to store for everything from paint to gardening needs , They even put heavier things in My trunk for Me. Thank You so much to the staff at this store .

Out if everything, especially pt lumber. Store employees say its been that way for over a month. Also, why is it that the loaders are never to be found, but suddenly showing up and offering to help when you have the load 90% complete?

During this time of COVID19, you would think HD would staff the phones so that as much business could be handled via phone, versus having to come to the store. On many occasions I have called Winder HD and no one answers. Thank goodness the Athens store is close by. They answer the phone.

Great Customer Service. They are always helpful. Even when my product is not in stock at this store they are willing to locate it for me.

The cashier, Hui-Chuan, was very courteous & apologized for the wait due to her checking out a customer with a rather large order. There was only one other register opened beside the self checkout, which we don't like use.

The store was and always is well maintained and stocked. The employees and manager are very attentive to the needs and wants to their customers They go above and beyond to get you the best deeal.

We had a bad experience earlier at a "big" flooring place earlier in the day and decided to give HD a try. We needed to purchase some flooring to be installed by a contractor we already contacted. Adele in flooring helped us get what we needed and stayed with in until we loaded it on the truck. Excellent product selection and great customer service. It always is at the particular store.
