We were shopping at the Winchester VA Home Depot and the Sales Lady Alaya was absolutely amazing. She went beyond the call in helping us. From returning a curbside pick up that was damaged to finding the items we needed that were not on the shelf but the computer said they were in stock. She didn't loose her smile while it took her 20 min to find the items. She is a gem and Home Depot is lucky to have her. This store is cleaner than others I have been in. We will be making this our go to store for our household needs.

There is one associate in lumber Young portly guy On two occasions I stopped him for assistance, he absolutely is a know nothing.Gives wrong advise or excuses not to help. In the other hand Patty up front is just great

We went to this Home depot to purchase PVC pipe, fittings, and a other few things. Everything felt and smelt clean. All the team members were nice and cheerful!! I felt welcomed and very safe in this store!!:)

If you pay by cash for a large buy and you end up returning the item or cancel the order. Don't expect your cash back. Store policy is they can't give you cash back over an certain amount. They will send you a check in 21 days. Total BS for such a large company. Also now they do not stock appliances. You have to order it and ship it to you.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Poor customer service and associates that are not knowledgeable on processes. I got the runaround several times, and had to handle issues on my own through many phone calls...things that the associates and management should have handled themselves.

We shop at this location quite often & find the products & prices great & reasonable. As an example, we were searching to buy a new washer & went to another store to look & found decent prices until we came to the Home Depot where we found top quality name brand washer for much less. Saved more than $200!! Also the staff there are very helpful & knowledgeable. We will be making more purchases there in the near future.

This store is well stocked - has employees working in all departments to help you if you need it - the store is very clean and most important - the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Beats the heck out of the other local home improvement store!!!!!!!!

I had experience with only one associate, Carla. She is the reason for the five star review. She was extremely helpful and patient. What a gem!

I knew what I wanted and was able to find it all immediately. It was when I was checking out in the garden center that Patty made my day extraordinary. While it was very quiet in the store this early Monday morning, it afforded us a chance to chat like the old days. Since I was new to this community, I was glad to talk with Patty about mutual staff and faculty at a high school we both attended. I moved up here from Blacksburg, Virginia and have been in the Winchester store over a dozen times and have not been asked by the store associates if I needed any help. Since there is a Lowe’s right down the street you would think that you would offer great guest service in light of the competition.

Love our local HD store and the employees! Everyone is friendly and helpful and we wouldn't have gotten where we are today on the kitchen reno without them!

It was a fast, direct and efficient experience buying at this store. Products of the quality I was looking for were available. Associates at the garage door openers section and the window blinds area were very attentive indicating the installation services. All personnel was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience!

This store is hit and miss last two visits were disastersous absolutely no customer service in tools or lumber . Today's trip is how customer service should be I was looking around trying to find the parts I needed to fix a toilet when a young associate came up to me . He actually took me to the exact aisles I needed to go to to get the parts I needed . I will give this store another try as they redeemed themselves from my last two experiances.

Moved up here from another area and I found that employees do not ask if you need help and often it is hard to find an employee.

Appliance salesman was not knowledgeable on coupons and discounts. Had to go to front desk for help. Also your store is the closes to my area 25422, 25434 and you don't delivery to my zipcode, salesman stated only delivery in VA zip codes. I did check with other stores in your near this Home Depot and they all stated they will deliver to my zip code. The NO delivery policy to my zip code means I can not give you a 5 star rating.

Customer service, both at the service desk and check, are excellent.

Manager is rude and not helpful, employees has no idea of the internal procedures. They make me go to the store 3 times and make me waste my time. Bought a fridge on 8/2/2020 wait to be deliver on Sept 12th, delivery guy didn't even try to deliver it. I paid cash and is 9/22/2020 and I have not recieved my refund back. I won't shop there anymore.

The store was clean, easy to find products, able to find assistance when required. Even early in the morning or late at night the cashiers (as well as floor employees that I spoke to) were friendly and helpful

On my most recent visit to this store, I had the best ever shopping experience in a home improvement store because of the two very knowledgeable, friendly associates who assisted me with two different things.
