Organized and less waiting onlines

GREAT CUSTOMER SERICE WHEN TRYING TO SOLVE PROBLEMS

I've already given a lengthy review, but I can add that the person in electrical and the person in windows/doors went out of their way to be helpful and understanding.

Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. There is often plenty of staff around to help. And the store is always clean and well lit. My favorite home improvement store.

The worse attitude, both manager named Gary and Customer Service rep who would not give her name. Do not honor damaged goofs delivery. Delivery personnel also lacking. Job not done properly and drove off leaving trash in driveway. Have hidden policies. Customer service rep was terrible- not just rude but nasty & just ransferred customer to mfg rep in Philippines and hung up. Issue took 6 months to resolve but resolution was not satisfactory as resolution took too long & Home Depot failed to provide promised product warranty. And that is how they treat a 30 year vet - founder/ CEO would be extremely angry. No respect for customer even after 7 appointments by mfg certified repair reps documented damage definitely caused by extreme mishandling.

This store is easy to get to and has lots of parking. Inside it is clean and well organized with lots of inventory. Not only that but the employees don't wait to be asked to help they ask you if you found what you needed and if you are looking for anything else. With this store being as large as it is always easy to social distance during this pandemic so don't be afraid to go shopping!

At checkout Debbie was very helpful in assisting me at checkout.

The person working in the paint department went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and that we did not have to make a second trip to the store to get what we needed to complete our project.

Excellent customer service. All employees are friendly and helpful.

Everything was organized and easy to find. The staff was everywhere and able to answer questions, but I did not feel like I was being followed and given help when I did not need it. The lady at the self-checkout was amazingly sweet and was good and short, positive conversations. Wish I got her name so that I could tell Home Depot how much of a great employee she was.

I go to this Home Depot store even though another similar type of store is closer because Home Depot carries the brands I want. I also appreciate that they sell lumber in smaller sizes that suit my needs

Jam-packed with intelligence-adjacent hicks with no masks. Easily the ground-zero of farm boys for Winchester. Blaring country music. Pocked maskless men gave me dirty looks as I made an effort to walk WAY around them. Truly--a horrifying experience. Like a bad movie. I felt like I needed to be hosed down with alcohol by the time I left. I asked the cashier why so many people were allowed to enter without masks and she said "Well, ain't nothin' we kin do 'bout it!" And I said, Do you realize it's THE LAW to wear a mask inside stores? She didn't care. Clearly neither did the manager.

good clean store with kind associates and plenty of stock on hand,nothing against this store just wish home depot would consider putting a store in woodstock va.!

Debbie was very helpful, professional and made the visit and transaction very smooth and productive.

I stopped a young lady to ask for help. I could not find what I wanted and was about to exit when I saw her. She did not hesitate to give me directions to aisle 41, with a smile. This is what is lacking at most other stores. I only needed Sterilite 6 qt. boxes, had been looking for three weeks and was told they were here. Debbie helped me at the self checkout, pushing all the buttons as I simply waited. That is great customer service. I will definitely return & share my find with others.
